36"The greatness of individuals can be decided only by those who live after them, not by their contemporaries."

Every period has its own standard of value.Different period will give different evaluation to a man.A man who is not welcomed in one period may be a hero in another period.
People often evaluate a man in what he has done.A man who did a great thing used to be appraised by the people in their era and after.His contempories will have the same background with him, they will experience personally,they will have a reliable and direct feeling about the great people.In contrast,people who live after them often contact them not face-to-face but from the history book.The author of the history book has his own position and affection,so it may transmit the wrong massage and mislead the successor.
Another way to judge a man who is great or not depends on what influence he brought to the world afterwards.A contemporary can hardly estimate the effect.But for the people who live after will easily to see the influence as a fact.So in this way a man may be a great one in one period but not in another one.If a king adopt a new politics in his own kingdom,for example,burst the forest for developing field is being encouraged.It practices well in that period and brings rich life to people,but it destroied the environment of the kingdom and bring disaster to offsprings only.The king will surely not be praise by his successers,he could be called an ecellent king in his period,but not a great man in the history.
Therefore,Whether a man is greatness is decided by what he did can undergo the history or not.A real great man is who he did good for human-being,not only what he did could satisfy the value of time and space,but accord the main stream of human-being.


提纲:

政府要确保主要城市得到需要的财政支持，以此来保证它们的繁荣，因为主要城市是一个国家文化传统保存和生长的地方。
1、        国家文化传统的生长和保存不仅仅在主要的城市，也应该在历史城市。
2、        主要城市的繁荣确实需要被保证，因为一个国家的主要城市是其与外界交流的窗口，可以传播国家的文化传统。同时主要城市的繁荣代表着国家的繁荣，因此，它的繁荣也将带来文化的繁荣。
3、        但历史城市中传统和历史的东西更多，国家也需要把注意力放在它们身上，这样才能更好的保存传统。
4、        所以，历史城市和主要城市的发展都将给国家文化传统的发展做出贡献。

学生应该要在学习了解释现象的原理发展和概念后再识记现象事实。仅仅记住现象而不懂原理的学生将没真正的掌握这项知识。
1、        现象和本质属于知识的两方面，在学习的过程中都需要被记忆。
2、        理解了再记忆能使记忆更加牢固。比如，数学公式。
3、        但有些东西并没有捷径可以走，只能先识记再融会贯通。比如，背单词。
4、        所以是先理解还是先记住事实得取决于究竟记什么。具体情况具体分析。

1、        竞争意识和合作意识在领导者的素质中都很重要。
2、        一个有竞争意识的领导者能带领他的团队在他的领域领先于对手。立于不败之地。
3、        现代社会由于竞争的激烈化，更加要求领导者具有合作精神。不仅仅与自己的同行合作，甚至跨行合作，强强联合才能带动整个社会发展更快。
4、        所以一个优秀的领导者，要具有这两种品质。

对一种想法或政策最忠实的人往往也是最爱挑剔的人。
1、        当人们对一种想法或政策很忠实时，往往也会最挑剔。
2、        人们之所以忠实于一种想法，是因为他们很热心的重视它了解它。
3、        恰恰因为很了解它，所以会了解它的好与不足，但又很忠实与这个想法，所以就会更加积极的去改进它，也就显得更爱挑剔。
4、        正因为有这些忠于却又不断改进这个观点的人，所以这样的政策和思想才会越来越完善。

论点和思路都写出来了，就是例证太少了，大部分都是逻辑分析，具体例证很少，可能例证一加上去字数就上去了，而且文章就更饱满了。
我也是刚开始写issue, 所以也不会挑什么毛病，也是感觉没法下笔，例子特别少，呵呵，大家一起努力吧。

提纲写的挺好的，思路太清晰了。

Different period will give different evaluation to a man.(前两句意思是一样的，重复了，用第二句就可以了) A man who is not welcomed in one period may be a hero in another period.（最好呼应一下题目，首段可以复述一下题目的意思，能够增加一点字数，而且衔接比较恰当，本段提出的观点与题目不是很密切，题目强调的是contemporaries 和 people who live after them,而不是period）

It practices well in that period and brings rich life to people, but it destroyed the environment of the kingdom and bring disaster to offsprings only. The king will surely not be praise by his successors, he could be called an excellent king in his period, but not a great man in the history.(这个例子不好，与题目不相关，题目的意思是the people’s greatness是绝对的，只是是否被accepted的问题)
Therefore, whether a man is great is decided by what he did can undergo the history or not. A real great man is who he did good for human-being, not only what he did could satisfy the value of time and space, but accord the main stream of human-being.
总体上说有点偏题了，有比较多的语法问题。
