In this argument,the arguer commends that if they adopt their own set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting,property values in there community will raise.To justify this claim,the arguer provide a example of their neighbour community Brookville who has a restrictions on landscaping and housepainting seven years ago,and tripled their property values after that.This arguments is problematic for several reasons.

In the first place, the major problem with this argument is that whether Brookville have the similar situation as Deerhaven Acres.Maybe Brookville is a hige-level community attentioned by a high-salary group,while Deerhaven Acres is just a middle level one which face lower salary consumers.A high level groups always have an increasing value.

The arguer also fails to provide evidence that restrictions on landscaping and housepainting which is efficent seven years ago are still availible nowadays.Maybe this method is not only unfitable for Deerhaven Acres,but it not fit for the popularity nowadays.A elaborate survey on the standard of current trendency should be showed for consulting.

Another assumption in short of leitimacy is the causal relationship claimed between  the resitrictions on landing and housepainting and the tripled property values.It is possible that Brookville community developed its circumstance,planting areas of trees and flowers,attracting more and more investors,hence its value increased.Or maybe it take new measures in community management and service which is a special adavantage.Even it catches a best time and receive a good policy.They all may increase the value of the community.

In sum, the conclusion lacks credibility because the evidence cited in the analysis does not lend strong support to what the aruger maintains.The arguer should have a more particular survey and provide more details to illuninate that they need to adopt the restrictions on landscaping and housepainting.
