The arguer claims in the argument that the recent decline in economy may cause the fitness levels declined although the board of the national advisory says that using too much computers may be the reason.To support this argument ,the arguer illustrate that overall fitness levels are highest in regions of Corpora where levels of computer ownership are also highest and low expenditures on fitness-related products and services.But I think there is some flaws in this argument.
Firstly,although the arguer don't agree the claims of the broad,he/she also can't use it to prove the there is not influence on the fitness of this area.And the arguer quote that overall fitness levels are highest in regions of Corpora where levels of computer ownership are also highest.Maybe the place which owned most computer users are the place where there is most adolescent and young people lived,not like the elder people,they have a good healthy  condition as usaual.There is even no figue to prove and no spercific evidence to prove where the assumption come from.So it lacks of evidence to prove all this question.
In the second place,the arguer fails to prove that the recent decline in the economy causes low expenditures on fitness-related products and services,morover the arguer concludes that it lead the decline of the fitness.It is possible that the fitness-related products don't advocate well,or this year is not popular in this kind of products,people using other way to keep fit.It is equally possible people in this area don't have the habbit to spend money on  this fitness-related products and service.Even though the expenditures on fitness-related products and services is low,it may not cause the fitness low directly.
In sum, there might be use more evidence to illusiate whether fitness there is low or not,and it should be proved which is the real reason to cause the low fitness.

个人认为这篇文章应该从以下方面展开
1.是否实际ebb，alternative我想到的是用“NAB”20年间标准变化
2.设法证明和computer的确有关
3.设法证明和economy无关
