Neighbors are the people who live near us. A good neighbor can be one of the best friends in our life. People who live with a or some good neighbors could live a happy and convenient life, while people without good neighbors perhaps would come across a lot of difficulties in their daily life. In my opinion, a good neighbor should have some good qualities as follows.

First of all, a good neighbor should be pretty kindhearted. He or she may be always ready to offer help to others. A good neighbor is so kind that he or she can take good care of babies or children of others when they all go out to work or have some personal affairs out of home. When we need some spice or tools that we do not have in hand, we can turn to our neighbors for help. Especially in the case that when we fall sick or get wounded, how lucky we have a good neighbor to sent us to hospital!

Second, as far as I concerned, a good neighbor of mine should be chipper and passionate. When I would like to relax, I can go to see a movie, go to a bar for a drink or have a dance in the club with him or her. I believe that I could enjoy myself with a good neighbor more than that when I am alone.（这句话自己也感觉别扭，那位大大能给指点一下） At the weekend, I may also have a party with my good neighbor. When I feel unhappy or sorrowful, I could have a chat with him or her. A good neighbor would be a good listener.（这一段全用的是短句了，想了半天也不知道如何改得更好些，还请大家给些意见）

In addition, a good neighbor should also have the quality of politeness. Imagine that when you walk on the road to your office in a sunshine morning, what can be better than a smile with a ‘Good morning!’ from your neighbor to make you feel warm, active and vigor in the whole day. A polite neighbor may show his or her hospitality to you whenever you pay a visit to him or her.

To sum up, in my point of view, a good neighbor who lives near me should be kindhearted, chipper, passionate and polite. I prefer to live with people who have the qualities above. A good neighbor can bring you good mood, happiness and health.
