怎么写都还是写不长..哎..大家多提意见吧!

1.基础知识很重要,我们不能忽视,无论学生喜欢或者不喜欢.
2.教育的开始阶段都不是根据学生的喜好来制定的,如果这样教育就无法正常运行
3.在初始阶段之后，兴趣会越来越重要.会让学生有效率,全面的学习.因此争对学生兴趣和需求的教育会变得非常有效.
   The speaker asserts that the most effective way to educate is to design education specifically to meet individual needs and interests of each student. In my view, the speaker ignores some basic situations of education, which I would state in the following paragraphs.
   As we all know, basic knowledge is important for every student, no matter they like or dislike. Knowledge is accumulated and evolved generation by generation. There is some basic knowledge that form the base of modern knowledge. These knowledge may contain basic knowledge that is necessary for further studying, such as basic math and language.  Without these knowledge, people may not be able to understand or study the further knowledge that they would have interest in. To illustrate this, we can simply think how could students study physics without knowledge from math.
On the other hand, when young children begin to accept education, they have no clear ideas of the knowledge will be taught.  At this stage, the educators will arrange and design the courses for them based on the experiences or knowledge of them, not on the interests of students. If we still design the program only based on the interests and needs of the beginners, our education may deviate from its normal track..
  However, after the first stage of education, which means that students own necessary abilities to study or to understand further knowledge, interest will become more and more important during the process of education. As my tutor always says: interest is the best director of everybody. Interest can courage a student to know all aspects of the area he or she have interest in. Thus, the student may study with a high effectiveness. For instance, since I entered university, I could grip the new courses which I have great interest in more quickly and more effectively than those that I dislike. Accordingly, education that meets the individual needs and interests of each student would be extreme effective.
   In sum, though to meet the needs and interests of students would lead education to be more effective, we still have to pay great attention to the basic knowledge that students may like or dislike. That calls for a balance between the two.

我来修改一下楼主的提纲吧，不过纯属个人意见：）

1. 真正有效的教育在初始阶段应是注重广泛的基础知识，而不是考虑学生的兴趣
2. 初始阶段以后。。。（没有想好）
3. 高级阶段的教育如果注重个人需要和兴趣的话，就能变得很有效

这样是不是好一点呢？

嗯 感觉思路还是很清楚的 可以多加举例来增加对你的论点的支持，觉得这方面的内容还是有点少。同时也可增加字数。

Thus, the student may study with a high effectiveness. Accordingly, education that meets the individual needs and interests of each student would be extreme effective. In this condition, students would study based on his or her interests, that means study with more positive attitude and ignore some unnecessary courses at the same time .For instance ,students that have strong interests in literature do not need to study everything from physics to chemistry and could concentrate in studying literature related courses. Thus, we can both increase the effectiveness of study and avoid wasting educational resources and finally lead to a high effectiveness of education.
   In sum, though to meet the needs and interests of students would lead education to be more effective, we still have to pay great attention to the basic knowledge that students may like or dislike. That calls for a balance between the two。
