抱歉抱歉发晚了,做实验刚回来....

outline:
1.Cultural traditions should be protected
2.governments must guarantee that their major cities receive the financial support because these chief cities hold the lifeblood of the country
3.cultural traditions are preserved and generated also in small cities
4.government should safeguard current citizens’ security and benefits in the first place

issue:
Cultural traditions of one country reflecting region or nation’s history have a series of important impacts on its citizens’ habit, lifestyle and the way of thinking. It can be helpful to acquaint with one nation’s culture by studying its traditions. Thus the governments should preserve this precious treasure but not indispensable. Under some certain circumstances, they have much significant responsibilities to fulfill.

Cultural traditions should be protected for many reasons. On the one hand, they help us to know our own past. Research on the subject of ancient people’s lifestyle reveal a lot of information happened in the past, such as climate, local landforms, and vegetation, and so forth. Studying ancient climate can be redounded to figure out the process of the earth’s atmosphere evolution; studying landforms of the foretime can be conductive to deduce the step of the geographical formation. It is also contributive to know the evolution of the plants since thousands of years ago by studying the antiquated vegetations. On the other hand, because of the globalization, to familiarize and acquaint with other countries become more and more important, some of which may originate from distinct cultural background. In 2002 world cup held in Korea-Japan, Korean ceased temporarily to eat dogs in respect that most western people did not understand such dietary habits. Unless we have a better comprehension of these distinct countries, it is probably to face the conflicts and even more serious, war.

In second place, governments must guarantee that their major cities receive the financial support not because of the cultural traditions’ preservation, but because these chief cities hold the lifeblood of the country. Frequently, the development among cities located in different region is varied. Possessing positional advantages or other reasons, those cities are inclined to amount to be the leading social and economic status. There are all kinds of factories and other industries established in these regions for their convenient transportation. Moreover, the positive development in major cities would greatly bring along the near cities’ growth in economy. In other words, the major cities are coherent with the most crucial compositions of the development. If these cities degenerate sharply without preceding preparation, the nation is more likely to suffer the turbulence.

Not only in the chief cities, but also in secondary even in small cities that cultural traditions are preserved and generated, and more regularly, in small cities. Only in LiJiang town, which is situated remotely in Yunnan province in China, can persons hear of the age-old music of Nahsi nationality handed down from generations to generations since several hundreds years ago. Similarly, Mongol yurts standing on the prairie cannot be seen in the cardinal city, which completely reflect the lifestyle of the Mongol nationality.

However, under some circumstance, government should safeguard current citizens’ security and benefits in the first place rather than the traditions. As confront with flood and drought, the safety of persons living at present-day prior to the traditions’ preservation.

In conclusion, the cultural traditions are helpful in the discovery of bygones and contribute to have a better comprehension with other cultures. But when conflicted with current citizen’s benefits and security, government should put the latter at the top priority. Meanwhile, government should safeguard the major cities development in the first place for their significant status.

感觉逻辑不是很清晰,另外有些单词的前后形式不统一。另外如果你要是赞成给major cities更多的支持你就应该一直说这个,或者把那个小城市的问题放到前面,这样整体效果就会好些。
