  I will agree with the assertion that education will be truly effective when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, since every one will have his own way to think and his inborn ability in dealing with certain subjects. Nevertheless, common education which can be accepted by most people can not be neglected because it is sometimes more economical and in some ways valid for students.

  Our world today presents a seamless stage for all people who are acting it. It seems to me that one can succeed only when he has his unique advantages and creative thoughts which make him distinct. Since no one will be born into a environment and receive information totally the same as another, people all have their characteristic method of thinking and concerning this world. Education provide people the basic knowledge as well as expertise to make them adapted to the world of competition. Such knowledge and expertise can direct a person to perform himself in the society different from others because of his separated thoughts. However, if education can concern such character well, it will be more effective. Consider a student who has creative thoughts in architecture design, for instance, if what he is taught contains more information  about what other architecture masters do, he will surely turn these information into practice with a high effect.

  According to personal gene and living environment, people may also have different abilities to study as well as the ways they think diversely. Some people may be good at reciting data, while some others may have advantages in copying what teachers do. Such diversified abilities come as another reason for specifically designed education. If students with different abilities to accept information are given the same amount of knowledge, some of them may feel hard to remember what is taught, compared with those who can learn immediately may feel their time wasted. Education in this way may cause the students feel over tired and mauled, which can result in certain social problems, including suicide, teenage crime and so forth. Considering about this, I think it will be effective for educators and schools to make specifically designed educational plans for students with different abilities, which can be observed by the situation how they do in their exams and homework.

  Nevertheless, there are more students than teachers, and our resources are limited. If every student is purposed to receive a separated education, it will be lavishing, or unfeasible for the society. Taking this into consideration, some knowledge especially the fundamental can be taught not diversely. Such as commonsense, social knowledge and basic physical abilities. Take swimming as an example, though there may be some students who can not learn to swim smoothly, such ability is necessary for them to survive in a dangerous situation, making it should be taught to all students.

  Moreover, we can not assess the abilities and interests of students at once, since there is a process for us to understand them as well as themselves find their interests. During this process, which may contain a long time during the students' childhood, general and group education is need. That is why now we have common elementary schools and high schools, but universities with separated departments. Dealing with students' characters differently in different periods will make the education more economical.

  To sum, it will be effective for us to build a system with specifically designed education, to make the students more creative and competitive in the society. As long as such education consider about the expense and social ability enough, and as long as the students' strong suits are concerned exactly, specific education will come a long way toward training more extinct students.
