(2)从第一点来看,兴趣对于学习很重要,但是对一些没有恒心和缺乏指导没有目标的学生,兴趣不是学习的万灵药
(3)从第二点来看,感兴趣的东西,学生更愿意去动手参与,应用到生活中。比如从历史中学习对待社会问题的方式,运用法律保护自己的权益。但是仅仅根据兴趣来教学,无法使学生真正learning to do.比如一些专业性要求较强的工作或实验。
(4)从第三点来看,显然无法实现learning to get together如果一味考虑满足个体需求,而忽略teamwork,不能很好地get together,学生毕业后将很难融入这个愈来愈看重cooperate的社会。
(5)因此,个人的兴趣对学习固然重要,但教育并不是只有满足每个学生个人需求和兴趣才有效率的,

I agree with the assertion insofar as meet the individual needs and interests of each student can be helpful, but education cannot be effective only by doing this, According to the purpose of the education, the basic task of educator is to teach students learning to know, to train their practice ability, and interpersonal skills to get together. In the following, I will discuss whether the method is useful from the three facets respectively.

Admittedly, the significance of interests never changed in our study,. students could always learn more when they show more curiosity on which attack their interests, thus meeting the individual needs and interests of each student seems appropriate and recognizable. Nevertheless, interests cannot be panaceas for study, particularly for young students, whose interests may not last long. Furthermore, without the benefit of guidance from teachers , students may easily lose their aims. In the other words, it’s not certain that you will learn what you want even you have a great interest in.

Secondly, interests also help people to make what they learn available in daily life. For example, history has helped us learning the appropriateness of addressing certain social issues, particularly moral ones, while a student who interested in laws may use laws to against criminal conduct and to safeguard personal property. However, learning merely by interests maybe can solve some theoretical problems, but not practical ones. For the requirement of fundament knowledge such as mathematic and physics, which appears to be boring and unattractive to most students, the speaker’s opinion about education may not be suitable for most students, for instance, college students who want to
receive further education after graduation in china.

Thirdly, even I concede that interests is the only determining factor in enhancing education effectiveness, how to explain why many students cannot get well with other people when they successfully find job after graduation? In my view, education is not merely for further knowledge or newer technology, but rather to teach students how to get
together and cooperate with each other, like a socialization process. Since the leaders of today’s modern companies recently pay more attention to one’s interpersonal skills and leadership, the trend only reflects teamwork criteria

To sum up, we should not neglected the individual needs and interests of each student. As an adage says and I
paraphrase that interests is the best teacher of children, I agree that developing interests is vital for enhancing the
effectiveness of education. Although, other relevant methods, particularly teamwork practice, can also be real benefit to education effectiveness.
