Although she agrees to come here, we do not have the directly evidence to prove that Rosa has useful suggestion to our company. Even more, we do not know whether she know about our company. If Rosa does not know about our company, how can we expect Rosa can let our profits promote. What's more, Starlight Jewelry whose profits have increased dramatically over the past several years can not show the Rosa's abilities. For instance, it is maybe just because of its employees' abilities.

Thirdly, we will have to pay Rosa twice the salary that Pat has been receiving but we do not know how much our profits will increase. In consequence, we should let Pat Salvo have more time and we should not take some measures arbitrarily.
