In the university, the score almost become the standard to estimate one's ability. When students construct a team to accomplish the project, here comes a debate on whether they should get the same score at the end. Some people claim that the members in the same team should get the same sore (score) for they cooperate with each other. Whereas, others including me, maintain that teacher should give the different scores to each of them because their contributions to the project is (are) inequality. Firstly, in the progress of accomplishing project through the style of team work, each member does different part of the project base on their ability. Due to the dissimilar advantage, members usually choose to do the part that they are good at. For example, some people are adept at mastermind the project, at the beginning of it, they are busy in collecting information, thinking the main item, organizing the ideas from others, while others only help them a little. And then they have to write out the detail plan, arrange the members at the same time. We can't deny that they play an important role on the entire project. Hardly can we accomplish the project well without them. As a consquence, team members should get different scouse base on theri contribution to the project. Secondly, some members may be lazy during the progress because of the same score in the end. We have to admit that almost everyone has slothful attitude to the study. Every member in the team may consider that there must be some studious members do the work, only thing they can do is to wait the same score in the end. As a consequence, students in team may not try their best to accomplish the project and indulge themselves to play. With the time going, the ability to study may decline and what they get in the university is nothing. So teachers should utilize different scores to stimulate members in the team to do the project. In a word, giving team members the same score does harm to the students' ability in studying.
