Teachers play an significant role in sociaty, they raise children to be more intelligent. Being teacher definitely should be pay back. Nowadays some schools pay teachers by according to the performance of their students. In my view, this method is a frustrated for some students and teacher.

Students’ diligent work can be judged only by text. If texts have only one correct answers, that is texting memory skill not real ability. If tests’ answers are varied, the criteria also will diverse, it is hard to judge students’ ability according to performance. Some of the lessons that a student learns cannot be measured by a test. We cannot simply give children a test to discover how much they have learnt in class.

When it comes to paid according to the performance of students, teachers would force students to cramming for the text in order to get a good mark. In this way, student will be suffered from rotting huge amount of materials, which is not the best way for study. The ability of study need to be discuss with others, need to have a progress of reflections. This is hard to accommodate in universal criteria.

Cultivating students should reflect by several aspects, only one aspect of performance will be limited. Some students are good at sports, some are good at music, is not fair to criteria students by only one aspect. Tests rarely measure one's social skills, one's ability to communicate, or one's ability to integrate successfully into the world.

Education should encourage students devote to reflections, not just a way for criteria of teachers’ pay. In that way, students’ creative will be limited. Teachers should help students to manifest the qualities to prepar for the challenge in the future.

总体看，楼主的表达挺不错的。就是感觉有些偏题，貌似在讨论如何Value学生的水平和能力。我觉得更应该从题目的意思去写，写为什么不要根据学生成绩决定教师的工资。呵呵，仅是我个人的看法。

是啊, 本身想写老师不应该以学生的好坏来权衡工资的.
因为学生的好坏衡量标准不同.
只想从一个方面切入些.
1,3个理由好像真的把重点放在标准难衡量上了.
