"In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach."

1背景：现在的大学生越来越多，人们读大学是为了更好的找工作。
2 承认大学学习和社会相关，某些科目如engineer 与社会紧密相连需要在外面工作
3但是其他科目而言，在外面工作不一定对教学有帮助。如哲学等。会导致教师分心使学术方面的表现变差。
4可以考虑其他方法提高教学质量

In today's world,as more and more high school are expanding,the number of college students is increasing every year.What the students learnt from the universities is one thing that society has now concerned on.Most of the people go to college are for the purpose of  finding  good jobs in the future.

What the teachers taught are what the students learnt. High school teachers working outside the academic world may be good news to some of the teachers.Obviously it is not good news to all of the teachers.With the money and equipments provided by companies outside school,some teachers like the engineers and architects now have the chance to make thought once in academic dreaming come true.With the combination of theory and practice teacher can better comprehend the theory what helps them better teach students.

However,everything has two sides.Some other teachers like philosopher will not benefit from working outside.Working as a secretary outside school can hardly bring inspiration to them or help them think more in depth. It is only a waste of time.These abstract courses are difficult to be contact with work.After 8 hours working the professor may be too tired to continue his or her research.Working outside school may influence their research in academic area.

Besides making teachers working outside schools, many ways can be used to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level.Good academic spirits can help create fine academic atmosphere.Better equipments and more research funding can also increase the quality of high school teaching.

In sum, there is no easy solution to such a complex issue.Many ways can be used to improve teaching quality in high school.
