看了题目后我想到的3个方向：
1。样本太小。这些人能否代表Luxess的客户群。
2。respondents=all of the test takers? 也许只有收到效果的顾客才去反馈表示感谢呢？
3。皮肤的改善可能是mild soap所引起。
4。短时间的改善是否等于长期使用的效果？长期使用有没有副作用？

我觉的攻击点可以这样来分:
1)survey部分包括:
      a, 调查对象是否具有代表性?
      b, 调查对象是否足够量大?
      c, 调查对象是否可信?
      d, 此调查的时间一个月足够长吗?
2)关于因果关系部分:
      可能有它因导致: 比如mild soap.
看来意见差不多!呵呵!

1。这段你写的还是关于测试群的问题啊！跟B1攻击的问题其实是一类啊！我觉得应该写到B1中。
2。我认为这其实是比较次要的1点。不值得单独成段。1句话就够了。毕竟只有30分钟么。

不过我觉得这个argu里survey部分占了几乎一大半的靶子,只好分段写了!

我结合自己的想法和楼上各位的意见，总结了一下：
survey:
1volunteers is representative or not
2 conducted method is valid or not (random sampling principle)
3 result is credible or not (the relationship with company)
4 criterion of marked improvement is vague
causal relation:
1 effect of soft soap (it may be the primary reason)
2 time needed to justify its effect

呵呵，讨论的很热烈啊，不用我搀和了吧。 :D

还是说两小点吧：（1）觉得第二楼里说的"whether the respondents are representative"不太合适，因为题目里说的是"most volunteers"；（2）对于皮肤改进的原因，还可以是在调查期间，这些志愿者是否服用或使用其他有助于皮肤健康的物品。
