In any field of inquiry, the beginner is more likely than the expert to make important discoveries.

Discoveries in any field of searching for information or truth attributed to many factors, thus the assertion that the beginners have more chances than experts is too extreme. On balance, in my view, the neophyte and the expert shares the same possibilities to make valuable discoveries.

To begin with beginners, in any field of inquiry, they posses certain characteristics that experts usually lost in making discoveries. Introduced to any fields, freshmen are just as babies come to know the world, are curious about everything and full of passion. Passionate but humble, they eager to learn anything new in the filed, therefore usually devote themselves to the research completely. This is the most precious virtues of beginners which help them make discoveries mainly. What’s more, just as a Chinese saying once said(and I paraphrased), New - bear calves do not fear wolves. This illustrates the point that beginners are bold and skeptic enough to  dare to challenge the authority, with enough courage and energy to question some wrong facts, in order to  achieve more momentous discoveries. Being able to correct these false, it wont be too far for them to make great discoveries.

On the other hand, they are less experienced than experts. When a critical sigh appears in a research, lacking enough knowledge, freshman easily neglect the information, be puzzle at the new discovery and hesitate to make any conclusion. Hence, they let the chance slip through their fingers. Another constant situation, compared to experts, is that they are less influential to gain any support for further experiment on the way to get weighty discoveries, compared to experts. Without a strong financial support and advanced scientific equipment, hardly can they attain new proof.

Experts are just the opposite of the beginners, beginners’ disadvantages turn to be predominance of these high honored scholars in the filed of inquiry. They are erudite and sophisticated in study, and they need not to worry about the short of subsidization or experimental equipments. With these factors, the possibility for them to make prominent discoveries is also very high.

In spite of these advantages, experts are the same as the beginners as failing to gain some discoveries. Be proud of their experience and expertise, they tend to be arrogant and contend with their achievement, which will finally hinder them from finding the truth, or will resulted in their numb with their work and the lose of serious research spirit. Under these circumstance, they miss the significant discoveries as well.

To sum up, it's obviously that the opportunity to make great discoveries are equal to beginners and experts. In the field of inquiry, passionate and curious as beginners will benefit discovering, or knowledgeable and experienced as experts are other factors contributing to the meaningful discoveries. They are always on the same start line to grasp the chance to make the discoveries.

Discoveries in any field of searching for information or truth attributed to many factors, thus the assertion that the beginners have more chances than experts is too extreme. On balance, in my view, the neophyte and the expert shares (share) the same possibilities to make valuable discoveries.

To begin with beginners, in any field of inquiry, they posses certain characteristics that experts usually lost in making discoveries. (这句的结构不是很好,To begin with, beginners, in any field of inquiry, posses certain …….)Introduced to any fields(any field), freshmen are just as(此处用as是不是不够贴切?) babies come to know the world, are curious about everything and full of passion.(两个谓语) Passionate but humble, they eager to learn anything new in the filed, therefore usually devote themselves to the research completely. This is the most precious virtues of beginners which help them make discoveries mainly. What’s more, just as a Chinese saying once said(and I paraphrased),(ETS的例句背的好熟练哦,不错不错,不过人是once said, saying 是不是就可以略掉said啦?) New – bear calves do not fear wolves. This illustrates the point that beginners are bold and skeptic enough to  dare to challenge the authority, with enough courage and energy to question some wrong facts, in order to  achieve more momentous discoveries. Being able to correct these false, it wont(will not) be too far for them to make great discoveries.

On the other hand, they are less experienced than experts. When a critical sigh 不然看不懂这个句子呢) appears in a research, lacking enough knowledge, freshman easily (simply) neglect the information, be puzzle (pezzled) at the new discovery and hesitate to make any conclusion. (谓语用的比较混乱) Hence, they let the chance slip through their fingers. Another constant situation, compared to experts, is that they are less influential to gain any support for further experiment on the way to get weighty (重复了)Without a strong financial support and advanced scientific equipment, hardly can they attain new proof.

Under these (this) circumstance, they miss the significant discoveries as well.

To sum up, it's obviously that the opportunity (复数) to make great discoveries are equal to beginners and experts. In the field of inquiry, passionate and curious as beginners will benefit discovering, or knowledgeable and experienced as experts are other factors contributing to the meaningful discoveries. They are always on the same start line to grasp the chance to make the discoveries.
