    I fundamental agree with the speaker's assertion that both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. The time students spend on study include three parts, time with their parents ,in the community and in the school .and we the education in school with professional educators are still important for students.

   Before the students enroll in school, they mainly live with their parents. And this maybe the most important time for them and can not replace and accomplish by the professional educators. When one was born ,one begins to learn everything he or she senses around in the environment he live ,which mainly with his or her parents .and as soon as one begins to learn ,the role of mother are increasingly important during one's child's age. Some studies by anthropologist show that the early time the parents take with their childern have the most important effect on the later live of their children. During this period the children learn what their parents do, if the parents are honest ,the children may probably not likely to tell lies, and if the parents are teaching them that they should be kind to others and the children may be more friendly to others. So ,the early times with their parents are important and can not be ignored.
  
  And communities are also the lasting classroom for the students, whenever ages they are ,before school ,in school and after school. First, when they are in the school time, when after class, they begin to do activities in the communities. and they interact with others in the community whether it is good or bad. they learn social abilities ,personal skill and regulations of the community which they may never learn from school. second, no one can deny the fact that education is a life-time study so when the student graduate they also continue their studies to satisfy their need and the communities. School time in their life-time is relatively a short time span, much more they should learn and so the importance of the communities are obviously significant .


Admittedly, professional educators still play an important role in one's life. they have much more specific knowledge and they have the duties to teach the knowledge to the students ,which are fundamental knowledge in one's knowledge system. and for more that ,though knowledge teaching the professional educators teach students the basic abilities such as logical thinking ,creative problem solving  ,reasoning analysis, and the views of moral and the world, which are also  important for the students.


  To sum up, parents and communities must be involved in the local schools and with the professional educators, there may be more and more educated "students" in the society .

Government officials ,who are elected by people, have the power to make decisions and policies ,as a result ,they should make better choices to serve the people ,However whether they should carry out the will of the people or rely on their own judgment ,in my observation, should know that whether they consist with the situation at the time of the decision whether的从句可以这样作为主语用吗？, if they are comply with the true situation either of them will be fine.这句没看懂，个人认为作文本文的TS应该写的再明确一些以免给人以模棱两可的感觉。   
Those policies that overlook the will of the people whose 是who吧？ are right with that condition是想表达对某一问题的立场是对的吗？看起来有些不舒服建议改成are in the right position on that issue may cause very serious problems which can not be affordable sometime. For instance, in the beginning of the establishment of the People Republic of China, there are only 400 million persons in the whole country. At that time it is still so many in改成for the country ,but the leaders said it’s 改成the population is not enough for the whole nation and for this so-big area ,and 加claimed the more people  the more strength the nation may be去掉, still some people give the advice on behalf of the people suggest that if the government does not restrict the population ,disastrous result may be aroused .Finally no restriction on population was made ,Now China, with 130 million people, have has the largest  population in the world .And any big or small thing in China will be a large problem, and any big economic development 改成achievement in China will be改成 leave a tiny amount in 改成to each person. So if the leader follows followed the advice, the result maybe might be not so bad for Chinese and for the whole world.这个例子会举得美国人得意忘形呵呵  
    If the judgments are true改成right and fit the conditions去掉 ,whatever other suggestion  may  be ,the leaders should stick to it. This is true of for the later development of China ,At that time the great politician Deng Xiaoping ,the Chinese  blueprint designer ， make made the decision that the policies of  Open and Innovation should be made to improve the country’s economy and the people's live .though  people thought that the policies may be worse for the nation and will block the development of the country, Years later  China do does have developed and the speed of the economic is in such a good clips什么意思？. All of this come from  Xiaoping's insightful analysis of the environment of China and his stickness to what he made 改成thought, or 改成otherwise things will be different in China following改成if he followed other people's will.

   Nowadays the fourth generation of Chinese political officials are leading Chinese people's construction of  the whole nation and overcoming the difficulties they meet .After two decades of Open and innovation ,the whole country has achieved notable success, Though big problem still exist ,such as the problem of the peasants who has the largest proportion of the total population ,and the medical problem which is the basic problem of populace. The people's will now is urgent and clearly ,On account of this ,the political leaders has now established significant policies for the majority people of the nation, and a better society has been improved改成 and the society has been better improved. So if the government ignores the will of the peasant, and other policies has made instead of this one这句话说得不明白, the outcome may be dangerous for the society as a whole.

   Three different leaders in three different times have made three different policies on account of the situations ,and some of them is made by改成according to  the will of the people ,and some are not ,So ,whether one should make  the decision by the will for the people or by themselves rely on the true environment they are in, only in this way ,can the policies be better for the people they serve.

呵呵不过别介意都是写语法问题而已，但是切记千里之堤溃于蚁穴，小问题在考场上可忽视不得！还有你的标点符合错误很多我没一一改正。
让人欣赏的地方是例子举的很恰当！
