1 当今的问题必须要解决。crime, wars, drags abuse, unemployment 都直接影响人们的生活，并且对当前的社会有威胁，如果不解决，则社会会变得混乱，不能保证人民的正常生活。例如 犯罪，
2 而未来可能发生的问题，既然能够预料到，就要提前做准备并且想办法控制和解决。例如环境污染：全球变暖水平面上升臭氧层空洞，看起来不会现在给我们带来很大的麻烦，但是未来会是地球不适宜人类居住。 能源危机，石油等天然资源的有限性，必须开发新能源。物种灭绝，看起来灭绝的动物和植物不会给人类造成影响，其实会增加天敌的数量，造成种族入侵。
3 其实这两个问题并不矛盾。当今问题解决了，未来的问题会更好办。要为以后着想。TOPIC：ISSUE 56 - "Governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future."

I am not fully agree with the author's suggestion that government should focus more on solving the present problems but not the probable problems that may happen in the future. As far as i am concerned, the solution of tomorrow's problems has the same importance with the immediate ones of today.

To begin with, admittedly, today's work of solving the immediate problems is essential. The present hard work contains the solving of crimes, wars, drugs abuse and unemployment and so forth which have close relationship with people's daily lives and the whole social development. If these present problems can not be soluted as soon as possible the final result will be rather terrible that we hardly would like to imagine. Consider, the crimes which once can not be eliminate, may threaten people's lives and the whole society may be a choas, not to say the increasing the quality of people's life and the healthy developing society. Therefore, in order to have a peaceful envrionment and to live in a better society, people should do their best to solve all of the present problems.

At the same time, refering to the anticipated problems, now that they have been  predicted, people should find out the best way to control and prevent them before they happen. There are so many kind of problems that people have anticipated and predicted that it is also a emergence matter to be viewed as soon as possible. As an illustration, the environmental pollution of waters and airs contribute to the differing of the envrionment of the world,the rising temperature and the rising sea level seems have not much relationship with us ,indeed may be a sign of destroying the earth in the future. Further, another rising problem, short of natural energy resources shuch as the oil, may become more and more serious that if we can not find out  new energy for us to survive the people in the earth may not live for long. Likewise, the racial extinction seems not serous enough to threaten people's lives, however, on the contrary it may be rather terrible. Because the biosphere in the world need a balance, once destroyed which means a certain kind of animal or plant die out, the accordingly kind of race may be out of control, the increasing numbers of one plants or animal may even killed a great many of forests and other natural resource that people may lose not only the place to leave but even their lives.

In fact, the soving of today's problems and the preventing and controllng for the furture are not contradicted with each other. On the base of soving today's problems, people consider more and take care of the future, the coming problems may be better controled and easier sovled. They are both the important thing that people should do, and can not be losed either.The former one is for ourselves and the latter one is not only for ourselves but the coming generation that we should take it as our duty to do something for them because we all enjoying the older generation's havest and effort.

In sum, each of the work is essential and we should do our best to solve all of them.

整篇文章很丰满。例子很多但比较简练不觉得再堆砌
