when it comes to the laws, many people believe that there are two types of laws: just and unjust. Whatever else may be said, most people would agree that every individual in the society has a responsibility to obey any law in spite of just or unjust. As far as I am concerned, people should not only obey just laws, but also disobey and even resist unjust laws.

It is true that just laws has been a potent force to maintain the stability and solidarity of the society in today’s complex world. Just laws confines people’s improper action and destroy the dreams of those who regard the regulation of the humans as an in valid measure. The rate of the occurrence of the violence is obviously low following the introducing of the just law. No doubt that the proper vision, where we can do the things we like and need not worry about the fidgeting element, will be occurred  if everyone obey the just laws. Take the case of my hometown---Hangzhou, a beautiful city famous for its beautiful scenes and good community systerm, There is nowhere more proper than on the saying that the people in this cities should thanks its lawmaker or legislator for not only enhancing the quality of human’s life , but also its quiet and safe environment that they have  brought into this beautiful society which attracts many corporations to invest and many tourists to visit. So it is important to people to obey the just law which will build the perfect society.

Except for the just laws, there is also another type of laws we called the unjust laws which not only do more harm to the society, but also demolished the good image of the government. The main reason is that. for the people especially a far lager number of  people enmeshed in feelings of confusion, the unjust laws in reverse to enhance the rate of unequity that strengthen their fearing to the societies, instead of offering an escape from unpleasant or difficult situation. Significant evidence exists, in fact, to show that those communities with more unjust laws is precarious enough to include a much larger degree of confusion. The fear of being mugged, deceived is part of the lives of almost all corporations, and the society will not be prosper if the unjust laws exists. Of course, we should not obey the unjust laws.

Besides, we should also take our right to resist the unjust law by proper democratic way. I have point out that the unjust law like the toxin which corrupt the whole society and cumber the healthy development of the economy. The unjust law maintain the interests of those who was in the high status of society and most of the interests of the ordinary people was demolished. As soon as we realize this fact ,it is important for us to build a perfect law system  which will really protects everybody’s interests. Without the wholesome law system, our society may collapse into the bog of confusion, after all, it ensure the healthy development of the society.

in the end, it is no time for anyone withdraw into the ivory tower and proclaim the right to be aloof to any problems of the society caused by the unjust laws. it's time for us to take our right to give up the unjust laws and urge the government to build a perfect law system to meet the people's need, to ensure the prosper of the society, to enhance the quality of the human being.
