Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

提纲:大部分否定
1.教育是公共服务,只有满足大所多数人的要求才是真正有效果的。
2.如果对每一个人分别教育,投入过大。
3.当然,培育专才可以提高生产率和经济效率,促进社会发展。

The speaker asserts that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. However, the speaker overlooks the real meaning of the effect of education.
  Two opinions have to do with the real meaning of the effect of education will be proved. One is that as a kind of public service, in order to be effective, education should serve to meet the majority‘s needs and interest. Not only because investment for the majority is the responsibility for government, but also because public service with is non-profit feature has limited resources to make the individual satisfied. So without enough resources, main purpose of which is to get the majority pleased can only be achieved.
   The second is that the cost of education designed to meet the individual needs and interests will be much higher than the budget. Everyone differs in talent, aptitude and experience. To satisfy everyone’s needs and interest, government should spend a plenty of time and money which seems to be not effective from an economic view.
    Nonetheless, for certain other purposes, education for the individual are advantageous to individual development. Many people with special talent and knowledge will make contribute to the field they work which will also speed up the development of society and enhance the effect of education.
    In sum, the speaker’s claim overlooks the real meaning of education for the individual. Government should both increase the investment for the whole nation and the individual to make the society prospered. After doing that, the effect of education can be achieved and used for the whole society.

题目:只有针对每个个体的需求和兴趣构建特殊化的教育方式,教育才真正有效。
也就是说,教育的特殊化设计是教育有效性的必要条件,否则教育有效性会变差。如果要反对这个观点,就要论证:在不进行教育特殊化设计的前提下,仍然可以保持教育的功效。
论点一提出观点:教育的有效是满足多数人的需求。观点很好,可惜论证不足,没有说服力,后面有写到教育资源有限无法满足个体需求,扯到另一个问题上了。如果能很好的确立观点,证明满足群体的教育最有效的,就能有力的反驳题目
论点二谈到了开销问题,这里要注意,题目中在讨论怎样有效,并不是它的可行性,个人认为这是两个概念,一种方法能最大化实现教育的有效性,发挥其功用,但其可行性很差,这是完全可能的。所以驳斥其可行性并不能直接反击题目。
论点三反过来支持,感觉很空,没内容。写到education for the individual 的好处,但和主题没联系。
文中TWE写作的痕迹很重,个人认为这种写法并不适合issue。Issue希望看到的是有分析深度的文章,是要把问题说清楚,不能开个头就跑了,没有下文。另外字数太少了,但并不是一定要写很多,关健还在于分析问题清晰透彻。
夜一的帖子上连接了很多资料,希望能读一读(汗~大部分我也没看过),应该会有帮助。

一点建议:文章如果可以用一些vivid example 会好很多,也多很多可以写的东西,比如身边的例子什么的,看看ets 5分的范文,你会发现语言不算太复杂,但就是例子好

多写点例子充实一下吧,感觉字太少了,有些托福作文的痕迹

参考了大家的意见,借鉴了澄清关于逻辑和结构的建议,也适当借鉴了风中尘埃和zqzned的建议,作了些修改,例子还需充实些。多谢大家的提醒。

If every aspect of the society develops well, can education be evaluated to be effective.
The second is that education designed to meet the individual needs and interests will be hardly operated. Everyone differs in talent, aptitude and experience. To satisfy everyone’s needs and interest, government should spend a plenty of time and money which means there will be a lot of work to be done for investigating what’s the individual’s needs and interests and making proper plans to get the individual satisfied. Generally, doing is much hard than saying.
Nonetheless, for certain other purposes, education for the individual are advantageous to individual development. Many people with special talents and knowledge will make contribute to the field they work and will also speed up the development of society and enhance the effect of education. For example, expert in art can make life more beautiful which also increase the development of the society.
    In sum, the speaker’s claim overlooks the real meaning of education for the individual. Government should both increase the investment for the whole nation and the individual to make the society prospered. After doing that, the effect of education can be achieved and used for the whole society.

诶。。给楼主题个小建议,采用每段顶格写,段与段之间空一行的方式,这种写法感官上比较pleasant,ETS的考官们似乎比较喜欢

楼主的文章想说的是:特殊教育有它的好处但issue题目的说法得太绝对化,原因是这种方法没有想象中的那么efficiency.虽然它也有一定的好处。
个人的看法是,你的two opinions很混,第二个想说对个人不好说着说着又扯到社会承担不起这种教育方式了,貌似跟前一段内容有重合。
嗯 确实受托福作文影响比较大。
