Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
提纲：
基本反对，一点点赞成
1.只学专业知识广度不够，对所学不能有深刻理解
2.兴趣在知识积累过程中只是一个辅助工具
3.只凭兴趣进行教育不利于一个人的社会化
4.从社会角度出发这种教育方式不可行
5.当然在教育过程中需重视学生兴趣的开发
总结：教育的方式和目的是多方面的，兴趣可提高教育的效果不能作为教育基础

提纲写了一小时，作文写了一个半小时，打到电脑上又用了一个半小时……真辛苦！不过总算把第一篇整出来了！！！写得不好希望大家多指教！

People always say that interest is the best teacher for learning. It would be possible that one may study better in the subjects one interested in, but this is not to say that education will be truly effective only when it is specially designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

First of all, if one only learns the course one fond of one may have no chance to deeply understand the problems for the learner’s know-how is not various enough. Only concerning one’s own research field and rejecting all other knowledge will get rid of the exploring of a student’s creating ability, one of the most important aspects for one’s success. As an artier can get inspiration from chemistry reactions, learning knowledge in other fields is the way learning to do one’s own work which means not to repeat the known works. All of us will require a growing child to do exercise no matter he/she dislike it, because we know it will be harmful for the health of the early youth. So in the education, the various knowledge compositions are significant for a student.

Interest is just a tool in a student’s study proceed. No matter what subject, the way of study is a hard and boring road. No one likes to undertake such a load innate. In the modern society more and more people believe that interesting is constructed by cultivating which means one should learn various subjects at first. Otherwise a person once fond of one thing does not show one will depend on the subject affording one’s life and become success in the subject. Only when one strongly interests in something and has other supporting can a student do well in a special field.

Only caring about special subject has more disadvantages for a child to learn treating complex social problems. Humanity has to live with others in the society. Cooperation, competition, interpersonal skills, all these should be learned from activities in different situations, not in an isolated field. If one can not use the knowledge to solve truly problems, the education is losing its meaning.

Considering in the social spectrum, although the special education method is really good for individual person, it may become a barrier for social development. Hardware—library, lab equipments, classrooms, and self-learning rooms; software—teachers and course, all these resources are insufficient with the increase number of students. Even developed country can not afford to design special courses for each student. What is more if too much money were took in training a small part of people for profession, others may feel strongly unfair. In a word, when one thinks effective to get the special education, it means ineffective for the whole world.

Of course educators should give enough attention on students’ interests. Instructors should always consider about instinct students’ interests to bring up outstanding students with different characteristics who is not as one result calculated from formulas. But this work should be built on the basic formal education.

In sum, the process and objects of education are various in different time. Interests of students can promote the result of education but can not be the basic store for learning.
