Is the best way to teach-whether as an educator, employer, or parent-is[去掉] to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones? The speaker claim so. From[只知道可用In,不知from行不行] my point of view, I am in favor of the speaker’s broad assertion, for the reason that frequent[用frequently作句子状语是不是更好一点] critics produces stress and inhabits[不能理解,是不是prohibit] improvement. Meanwhile, the speaker goes to extreme [the extreme,仅凭语感,我也不很确定] in one respect about neglecting the negative actions of people.
Common sense tells us that every person was born with a little “vanity “and “aggression”. That is,the highest craving of human nature is the need to feel appreciated. Infants’s natural reflection is[去掉] to praise is a key case. Although small babies have no mature ability of hearing and expressing, after they are used to what[去掉] parents’body language or obvious signs which represent meaning[meanings] of commendations, the kids will continue their existed actions that are regarded as positive ones due to the delightful and proud feelings from others. This truth is suitable for some animals’ natural reflection[reflections]. Good award ,such as bones is the attraction to let dogs do other things as people’ order. So ,positive encouragement is a must of[查了一下韦氏,没查着a must of,对这种用法还不确定] means in process of people’s administrationg[administrating] and teaching .
In the theoretical level, a myriad of scholars pose several doctrines that have relevancy to the first argument above.[最好换个句式写出来,突出一下主题句] In the last century, Maslow, an American humanistic psychologist raised up a well-kown[known] theory called hierarchy of needs which categolize[categorize] people’ s needs of being respected similar to that of being praised by others.[感觉有些不通] Later ,B.F.skinner ,on the side of behavioristic theory ,got close to the argument of merit of praises through his articles of positive reinforcement that proposes managers should[to] encourage their employees as frequent[frequently] as possible ,which is another kind of reward that is as valuable as, if not more important than money. Therefore, psychologists prove[prove that] ,in[to] some extent , praising positive actions is the best way to teach and manage.
On the other hand, in my opinion , hope or impetus is the[去掉] one of[the] most important gifts that keep human being’[being] improvement and desires of creation. In some sense , we could equal original power of goals and pursuits as praises., even far away from reality. No matter[好像用法不对,但不很肯定] as an educator, employer, or parents, the most significant means to teach is to give their children ,employees, students enough and reasonable appreciation and encouragement. For instance, some scientists were not born with talents, but maybe result from some incentive words which changed their whole life.
However, praising at the expense of totally ignoring negative actions may not cause positive
Results. Byword ever indicates that only through mistake can there be discovery or progress. If people entirely neglect flaws or defects in the way of life , the society cannot move forward and individuals would stay at the original place with no development. Namely, some negative actions make persons uncomfortable, but they are true and probably correct people’s wrong actions and promote them. Hence, sometimes ,rational negative words are necessary for the work of teaching and leading people at present,
To sum up ,taking into account all factors above I have outlined , I think although we should pay more attention on praising negative[positive] actions , overdue[?] attention on the only side is not right and [the educator, employer, or parent]should not overlook the negative aspects[aspect] because every thing have[has] both sides. Take[Taking] two factors together could generate the perfect access to teaching and leading as an educator , employee and parent.[建议去掉as后的词,或把the educator, employer, or parent should not overlook the negative aspect改为should not be overlooked on the negative aspect以避免重复]
整体感觉很好,例子和名言引用的也很恰当,使文章不空洞,值得学习,文章采用大正小负的立场,总结加上建议,思路很顺畅。
