"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

1 公平和不公平是相对的，法律的主要作用是保护大多数人的权益和利益。且相对于一条法律措施，如果大多数人能从此法律中获得权利保护，就代表法律的公正性。仅有少部分人失利，就不能不遵守或者违抗。例如：向高收入群体征收个人所得税，对于大多数贫困人口来说，是受益的。对于富人群，就是不公平的。
2．遵守公平的法律就不一定比不遵守或违抗不公平的法律不重要。因为法律的制定就是让人去遵守而不是反对的，是规范人们日常行为的。且道德的规范是法律遵守的另一原因，道德对于社会和谐也起存进作用。这两方面说明遵守法律也同样重要。
3．当然，反抗不公正的法律在某些时候会对社会有促进作用。

Although I agree that people ought to fight for their rights, it doesn’t mean that disobeying and resisting unjust laws should be considered in the first place. Thus, the speaker overstates the significance of disobeying and resisting unjust laws.

On one hand, just and unjust are two relative conceptions. Is there any absolute justice or injustice existed in the world? For a nation, the accountability for laws is to protect the rights for the majorities and to keep society harmonious. In this sense, for the majorities, obeying laws is advantageous to them. Oppositely, for the minorities, these kinds of laws will threat their survivals. For example, to impose private income tax on those people with high salary seems to be unjust, but it is meaningful for the justice of whole society. If people with good income insist to resisting the law, where is the justice for the poor in the same society? Do they need more protection?

On the other hand, it is unfair to evaluate which is more important. Compared with disobeying or resisting unjust laws, obeying just laws is obligations for citizens. Every individual has to comply with this rule and any resistance is prohibitive in order to enhance the dignity of the law. Furthermore, the motivation of obeying just laws is not only caused by the Constitution, but also by morality. As we know, morality with its function of regularizing people’s activities will promote the justice of society. Sometimes, people accept laws from moral criteria. For most people, murder should be punished and the resistance will not be accepted by the society because it betrays the moral sense. From those two arguments, obeying just laws is also important.

Nonetheless, for certain other purposes disobeying or resisting unjust laws has active effect for the development of society. Take Abraham Lincoln for example, the abolishment of slavery open a new era for America. And this resistance will bring benefits for the harmony of society.

In conclusion, the speaker overstates the comparative significance of disobeying or resisting unjust laws, as least to some extent. Although, it is true that society will get good improvement and balance from resistance unjust laws, it doesn’t express the meaning of more importance than obeying just laws. And obeying just laws should also be emphasized on.

恩，语言很干净，就是觉得还欠缺一点深度，还需要多琢磨琢磨。第二段的层次差不多够了，第三段是在说遵守也很重要，比较的点和我想的有些不同，感觉这样说可以，但两个抽象的东西比较重要性，比较飘，追星箭的特训--关键词，中说了这一篇，不知道看过否？
我明天会补写这一篇，迟迟没动笔一是忙，二是觉得真的难写，后来和学法律的同学讨论了一下，才找到好点的提纲，但能写成怎样就不知道了，有兴趣来看看
