教育只有被专门设计来满足每一个学生个人需求和兴趣的时候才是真正有效率的。

Syllabus:
1,教育的目的是分阶段的:初级—引导学生认识知识,信息,技术;中级—加深强化,高级—专门培养;需要区别对待
2,以学生的个人需求和兴趣开展教育,引导,发现,培养学生的兴趣是必要而有效的
3,根据每个学生的需求和兴趣开展教育是不现实的,也是没必要的
Education, as a lifelong career, should be carried out in an effective way, the author asserts that it will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. In my perspective, I agree that meeting the individual needs and interest should be the purpose that education pursues, however, there is no need to take into consideration of each student.

In order to analysis this issue, the first concept needs to be certificated is the terminal purpose of education. When it comes to this question, vary of answers come out. People might hold ideas such as preparing a person to be an open minded one to absorbed different kinds of knowledge, passing down good virtues from one generation to another, conducting a person to form a proper outlook of world and his or her life, teaching scientific method of learning. However, I assort the purpose of education into three levels. The first level is the elementary education with a purpose of introducing children to skills, knowledge, and attitudes of a certain community. In this level, education should not be only designed to meet individual interests or needs because many children might have no ideas of what are their needs and interests. It is more important for education to concentrate its attention on how to help children to find their needs and interests. The second level is secondary education with a purpose of expanding knowledge already studied and providing a systemic study of literature, science and sociology. Therefore, it will be truly effective for education if it designed some of its disciplines in the consideration of individual needs and interests. For example, vocational schools are specially designed for employment upon graduation. The third level is higher education, in other words, college or university education. In this level, the education is primary designed according to individual needs and interests since every student has his or her own major. In brief, these three levels of education require distinct degree of matching individual needs and interests.

In chasing for the most effective way of education, personal experience tells me that individual needs and interests is the best teacher. For instance, as a student major in biology, I am not interested in all of my required subjects, such as botany and anatomy. However, these subjects are all fundamental ones of biology and a person decided to devote his or her life in biology must maser them well. Thus, I spare no efforts to learn them well. As for many other subjects, such as genetics, zoology, cytology, they are all my favorite ones. With great passions and interests in learning them, I find them attractive and easy to learn. My interests induce me to work day and night to read papers as well as spend whole day long in laboratory. Therefore , individual needs and interests are activators in study. Education should be designed according to one’s needs and interests as more extend as possible.

Admittedly, no one can deny that it is impossible that education being designed for every student’s needs and interests. Each person has his or her plan so that each person has his or her particular needs and interests. As the receptor of education is a group made up of many individuals, there is no need and no necessity to meet each person’s needs and interests. Imagine that two classmates, one, being fond of mathematics, wishes to have mathematical classes all day long, while the other who does well in literature, hopes to learn as many literature disciplines as possible, meanwhile, the school has its rules in assigning what classes to be taken, what the solutions will be taken in this dilemma? Thus, the educators and government have responsibility to assign the educational system, including the design of education. They should equalize both the purpose of education and the needs or interests of an individual and find out a proper balance of them.

To sum up, taking into account all the analysis above, I conclude that education designed to meet individual needs and interests is definitely an effective one, but it depends on what level the education is and what assignment it has. Without considering these factors, merely pursuing for individual needs and interests will lead education to an end of disorder.

这是一篇写得相当精彩的Issue,如果是第一篇那真是很不错了。
可以看出你对此问题的理解还是比较深入的,但最好不要引用自己的经历作例子。
应注意段落的控制,并使之均衡,避免出现头重脚轻的感觉。
总的来说,是一篇很不错的文章,也是我学习的目标。

总体:第一论点很好,第三个论证不充分。第二个例子有些罗嗦了。写的挺好的
