This claim firstly appears in the politic field to justify the cruel and unmoral affairs leading by politicians. They turn for protection of this claim to cover their contempt ambitions by giving them a noble name like for justice, for equality, or for patriotism, and so forth. When we say a certain goal is worthy, we always mean that this goal is desirable for our interests and will do us more benefit than costs. And as to justifiable, many of us use it to describe the morally right thing. Obviously, these two words refers to the different aspects of a thing and could not deduce it from one another. And therefore, a worthy goal could not guarantee the justification of the procedure.

In the first place, a worthy goal maybe the one that merely reflects the interest of minority or even individual, and will hurt the most others. Then, any means taken to attain it is unjustifiable. For a cigarette company, attracting more youth to smoke maybe a worthy while goal, but unfortunately, not a morally accepted one. So any means taken to attain this goal is forbidden by the society. Likewise, any means to reach the goal of terrorism may not be justified no matter how valuable it is to the sake of terrorists.

Moreover, even if the goal is worthwhile not only to minority but also to most common people, some ways lead to it may still unacceptable. An obvious evidence comes from history. During the Culture Revolution period of China, many Chinese people were stirred up to against their friends, their teachers or even their family members, in the name of purifying the socialism country. This revolutionary way of protecting the success of socialism was basically overreacted and finally destroyed everything with a wide range from economy to morality only except politics. Sacrificing ten years' developing to gain this worthy goal absolutely unjustifiable and could be seem as a grim course of the past. As to the area of personal life, things go the same way. Every student wants a good grade, but cheating in the exam surely will be contempt. Every businessman wishes a big profit, but over polluting the environment to cut the cost will be regarded as wrong. Every athlete aims at the champion, but taking medicines to get a better record will totally lose the spirit of sporting. There are plenty of examples in daily life like the above to support the opinion, that when facing a worthy goal, one should also choose the justifiable means to reach it.  

To sum up, no matter a goal is worthy to individuals only or to the society, any thoughtful man should carefully choose the right way to reach it, for there is lots of evil ways that may turn the seraphic willing into disasters.

唉，这篇文章就是观点难得上层次。老外的是从不同的领域来说这件事的，也没有在深入上给我们做榜样，在版上找的优秀作文非常华丽，从定义worthy，到选择means的时候更注重衡量得失，到最后说这个claim的起源以及产生的危害，虽很难严格做到那么层层递进，但可以参考以下

嗯 第二段和第三段有重复 这篇的普片思路是全写反对 但是我先赞同了一番 觉得可以讨论的东西就更多了 但是看了的人都说观点不明确  嗯 不知该怎么写才能对比强烈又不偏颇
