First is that for a corporation, the daily operation and running need enough money to carry through. Money is life line for the survival of corporation. As a result, executives try their best to make money under the law. Any activities happen illegally are supposed to be forbidden. Any activities jeopardize the peace in our society and ruin people’s lives are not the accountabilities fro the corporate executives. The second is connected with surplus values from the point of Marxism. The more working hours, the more money the executives earn for corporation. For Private Corporation, profit is the most important thing to be considered. The executives may use different ways to improve efficiency. Money is wealth for the executives and more money can make them richer. And it is wise for them to make money legally to achieve their goals for the difficulty of revealing their real ambitions. Thus, from two motivations, executives are served to make money as much as possible.

However, social affairs are helpful for executives to earn reputations and benefit for both their corporations and the well being of society. Successful corporations which survive and develop well not only depend on their own management, but also rely on fames from society. The charity behaviors arouse people to notice their firms and the influences are expanded through media all over the world. The charms and benevolences of executives can attract us to buy their products and enjoy services from their corporations. As a result the more they contribute to the society, the more they get.

Moreover, government is so weak with limited money to salve people. Under this condition, the power of corporation can not be ignored. With the help of executives, more charity schools are built in poor regions. With the help of famous corporations, more disabled children get supported. With the help of supporters, some hard time of nation’s disasters can be spent.

In sum, both economical and social benefits are vital to corporate executives. Corporate executives should use more money to improve people’s life and balance the wealth of society.
