No two pieces of leaves of a forest are similar, and this also is applied to human beings. The education portion of one country to feed itself development is considered to be very vital no matter what era it is in. In sum, as for how to make education effective or successful ,it seems to divide into two classes ,one is to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, and other is to fulfill the needs of one country itself. The former is likely to more reasonable if education would be truly effective.

Admittedly, every educated individual whose capability is different, talent is more or less higher or lower, and interests are not the same one, effective education learn to this point, then
put some interests-based guidance on the class so that some student did not give their study up at interval ,hence the effective education appear. In the other hand, Form beginning of our education ,firstly it should not be particularly cling to meet the individual needs or interests of each student, not so much because of no important, and effectively teachers have to apply with basic knowledge to every student such as logicality, justice of immoral or not, arithmetic or literature and so forth. Therefore, the student keeps catch of these which are commonly considered as basic knowledge, is more competing than others who are not enough.

When individual comes to an end with holding some common knowledge, Not only is the purpose of education naturally the means of offering knowledge ,but for meeting everyone’s needs and requirement or qualities.the education is the preservation and enhancement of knowledge and the development of character within individual needs and interests of each student which will best prepare the individual for the condition of extreme novelty the near future is bringing. The society did not need everyone as an occupation of lawyers or doctors.Different kinds of flowers are cultivated by different climates and temperatures.

In short , a student who is fond of the botany, is not always to learn literature ,but not the ability of literary. will be blocked or losing to more deeper learning due to unclear of thesis of other botanist. Having hold of basic knowledge  Education meet the individual needs and interests of each student is more significant.
