The speaker asserts that all the nations should support to build a global university, which aims at solving our world's most persistent social problems. In my opinion, the idea is very excellent, but in order to achieve the goal, there is a long way to go. We need to conquer many problems, including some ones, which are unsolvable in a short time.

On one hand, there will be much great cultural diversity （between）among those faculties and students of the global university, who (are) 去掉 all come from different countries and areas. （People, who come from different countries,）跟前句重复 have various cultural backgrounds, and most of the times, the various cultural backgrounds will lead to totally different ways of solving the same problem. The most important thing is that the ways, coming from cultural diversities, of dealing with the problems are hard to （change）改成unify 更好 in a short time. In order to work together effectively, all the faculties and students should be familiar with their peers in a long time. The process will be much more complex than the similar condition happened in today's famous international universities of America and the Europe. Because in those international universities, there is a local culture exist. All the other cultures have to adjust to the local culture. But in the global universities, there is a different situation. All the people have to consider the different personal beliefs of people coming from （some）去掉 other countries. We have to be cautious while contacting with foreign students, because people from different countries may have totally different social ethic ways. All the above should be considered in order to make the global university succeed.

On the other hand, even if the university is built, there are still some other difficulties we have to face. For instance, what actual social problems can the university deal with? In many aspects, there are deep divergences between nations, such as the nuclear problem and the ozone problem. To some nations, the nuclear problem is of great importance. All the human beings hope that all the nations can stop all the activities concerning nuclear technology. But many countries have still been developing the nuclear technology. We have to unify all nations' attitude before taking actual measures in the global universities. Besides the nuclear problem, the ozone problem is also very pressing. Nearly half of the gases, which cause harm to the ozone, are emitted by America. Although many nations have accused （of）去掉 America, it has still provided few money which is not proportioned to its emission. Another example is on the anti-terror affair, which is the most momentous problem since the 911 terroristic attacks. All the nations should hold together in order to destroy the soil of the terror attack. But many countries are unwilling to do the deeds with all the other nations, fearing that their nation's dominion would be harmed. The whole international society cannot agree with each other in these crucial problems, how can the global university plan work out? We have a long way to go before we can really make the global university work.

In sum, it is not an easy thing to build a global university like the speaker said. We will face many kinds of problems if we really plan to carry out the plan. Among these problems, the one caused by the cultural diversities will be most troublesome. Besides this, it is also very important for all the nations to have the same attitude towards many crucial problems, such as the nuclear problem, ozone problem and the anti-terror affair.
