Contradicting suggestions always make us unpleasure or angry, but what is true is that more things can be learn from disagreement by us than from similar opinions. Listening disparate advices is a good way to find mistakes in our projects, to change the disadvantages in our works, and to inspire us hard working in every minutes.

People have the opinion that we study more things from friends who share the view with us that is we spend more times with them then learn more abilities from them. However, the truth is the agreement may hide the unclear questions in our work. To maintain the friendship, workmates often ignore or tolerate the pride motion and careless activities of us in the work. In contrast with help us, these problems become the beginning of the failure of a project. Furthermore, the good feeling is also the reason of sloth in human motion causing the lower speed of learning and working.

On the other hand, the suggestions which are disagree with our opinions or ideas are trying to find our fails from every aspect. After considering their words, we can understand the cause of our failure or find the way to develop our work. A scientist gave his opinion to a famous project done by Japanese scientists after hearing a lecture. He said: all of the works are not right from the beginning of the research! Then he gives out reasons. This phenomenon amazing the Japan, but what is amazing all over the world is that Japanese absorb the experience from the failure and then become a developed country in a short time. Japanese government dose not angry with the disagreement of the scientist but thanks him, then the government began a project of enhance the education level of all the civilians in the country in all fields. For this reason, the country quickly developed to one of the best countries in the world. Therefore, we can feel the inspiriting from the diverse opinion to one, to a research group, and to a country.

What is more, our competitors never ignore our disadvantages and try to catch them and change them to their own fortune. Therefore, we feel the pressure from them and have to enhance our abilities to do things better. The past chairman of General Electricity Jo said: we can not imagine that our competitors are free at the same time when we work in our project. That means the competitors want to prove that all the works doing by us are invaluable and their work is the best one. If we want to constantly stand in the market, we need conflict with their disagreement, working harder, quicker, and better than them.

Thanks to the contradictors, everyone has the emotion of changing and developing. That inspires the science and technology in modern society.
