观点，结合两种教学模式，寻找它们的平衡点
1、教育的内容可以分为初级和高级两个部分，初级教育教授基本的生存技能，对每个人都很需要，可以统一进行。
2、高级教育需要针对每个人的需要和兴趣进行，才能提高学生学习的兴趣，更有效果。
3、专业知识的学习不能仅仅依靠某专业本身的内容，其他方面的知识也很重要，而且对专业知识的深入理解有帮助。不能因过于强调专业知识而忽略整体培养。



It is Education that plays an important role in one's life. A lot of knowledge and  skills we learned during the education. As the development of the society, it calls for a balance in education between the need of the society and individual student.
  There is a kind of knowledge that everyone needs to live in the world, such as speaking a language, operating the computer and so on. Without these basic knowledge, we can do nothing. It is impossible for a person who cannot communicate with others by simple language to live a wonderful life, because he is separated from the modern world, and will surely feel lonely. More and more this kind of basic skills are needed in the modern world, and the education couldn't avoid having  students take these courses. General knowledge should be taught to each student to give them living skills that everybody needs.
  In the other hand, education designed according to individual student's need and interest will certainly be more effective. Each student has its distinguish gifts and interests in different area. Specified education courses can inspire student's learning interest, and make them take part in the study actively. Interest is the best teacher, which gradually leads student to find the knowledge. The student-centered education meeting the specific needs of each student is more effective than the teacher-centered one in teaching senior knowledge and skills. It is very hard for a person to  learn something well which he feels  boring from the first look. Specify education considers the differences of each student, and have a more efficient way to make the learner attend in it actively.
  However, too specified education will limit the development of the student. Learning of one subject calls for variety knowledge with the study continuing. A subject is not separated but combined with many other knowledge. So many scientists are not only professional at their major but also familiar with other knowledge. It is helpful to understand the specific knowledge that we learn beside our majors.
  Without basic general education, student could not learn their major well ,and even can't live in the world. Without specific courses, education could not inspire students' interests, and will be less effective. Thus, when the education concentrates in teacher-centered general teaching model, it should be changed to consider the students' needs and interests. It is more effective to teach the student's specific knowledge according to the differences between the individuals. The balance between this two kind of teaching model should be found so that students will get more useful knowledge in education.
