In the society, people value the quality of individuals and hope that it is combined with benefits. Some persons argue that the capacity of an individual is the most significant in the road leading to success. They underline the independence spirit and think conformity is not as important as required in the society. In fact, both individuality and conformity contribute to personal economic success.
On the one hand, individuals develop the whole business with their respective talents. Everyone is the core of the entirety and carry out a part of the entire program. People have a variety of abilities to solve problems. Each person has his own way and idea even in a same project. You may have one default at one part and he may have another, but you always have your specialties. More and more persons receive the concept that the self comes first and care what they got and will get much. So they work hard hoping to get what they should get and what they flaunt as property. Their goal to get benefit and great success encourages them to show their ability off and make the maximum values.
On the other hand, to success in the business world, one has to conform to the rigid rules of company in order to fulfill the benefit of both the individuals and company. Though we highlight the individuals’ freedom, we also do not deny the importance of conformity. A company without strict rules is just as a society without laws. Everyone does what they want to do and gets what they want to get. Even some people are not on duty, but fulfill themselves with excuses of the company. So, for a company, conformity is the prerequisite of everything for each person even though you may have outstanding talent.
Furthermore, once individuals of the whole company work in coordination, the company and individuals benefit each other as a circle. The benefit of a great company and its staff are identical. The personnel certainly want to work in a company with actual strength. Their salaries are usually related with the company’s achievement. So they may commit their duties to the memory and work hard. They contribute all the energy and talent to the company and work together, discuss their idea and program, then solve the main problem in the company’s development procedure. After these steps, the company expands increasingly and the staffs get their own benefits. This benign cycle benefit both the individuals and the company. Nevertheless, conformity improves the working relationship and encourages persons to work hand both for the entirety and themselves.
Above all, conformity creates the harmonious work ambiance and then leads to the efficiency of persons. It is not resistant to the benefit of individuality, but is helpful both for company and persons.
