还是把握不好时间，现在居然发现Issue比A好写了，前面刚写了一篇A，限时30分钟居然只写了312个字，谁能够告诉我如何提高A的习作速度啊，我提纲已经分析完了，一开始就不停的写，然后到结束，可是就是发现时间不够写啊。有经验的兄弟姐妹们给俺出出主意啊，感谢万分

Whether any leaders should commit to all of their particular principles and objectives or not, which is a much debated one in that it affected everybody in their daily lives. People may prefer one side to the other; even some have no mature opinion about it. But if I concern it, I admit to some extend an effective leader needs to comply with his particular principles and objectives but at the same time I do not advocate over emphasis on this point and the reasons are given below.

Unquestionably, persisting to right principles and standards assures the success. No matter which position and which field were involved in, an effective leader for them would choose to remain consistently insisting on his principles and objectives which are of the abilities to result to achievement. Taking a plan or policy from government as example, the plan or policy, made out just by governor after doing careful analysis, arouses a host of opposing views from some people although the plan or policy is helpful and useful in the future and most public figures have agreed with it. To be honest, it is difficult to make a plan or policy welcomed by all of them. But a effective leader should continue to apply the plan or policy without regarding some against opinions when concerning its positive effect to society in the future.

However, such cases is not simple like this, in fact it is common that assessing right principles and standards needs to combine with ideas from public figures especially when concerning important things, or to perfect such principles and objectives calls for a multitude of suggestion from most people. For example, the making of law in country, the long process from then on, can not be finished quickly in limited time and only by several persons. At the beginning, its main ideas always come form lots of working by which the views of most public figures were collected and analyzed carefully. After the law applied some time, its renew and supplements also result from people feedback.

Finally, another case I want to point out is that consistently committing to individual objective may bring about harmful influence to society. Individual vision is limited due to limit experience and knowledge, even possible lead to premature plan and several wrong objectives which would exert perishing effect to society or public. The life of Hitler can give some light to this point. Many of his plans and procedures did not get support from his army and subordination, but he did not modify any part of them then the result of taking these plans resulted to huge misfortune to European people.

From what has been discussed above, we can find that although the persisting to particular principles and objectives can bring success to some extend, the most important thing we need to care for is to choose right and effective standards or objectives.

reasons——
1. 打字太慢？
2. 为了写长句等，导致思考时间过长，因而来不及分析，篇幅较小，字数难以上升？

solutions （my point of view）——
1. 继续练习打字，加快打字速度
2. 要不尽可能把几种常用到句型操练熟悉，或是在限时写的时候不要费太多时间来构思句子，而是力求连贯，正确，但尽量做好分析

The initial paragraph is ok, though there are some misuses of words and expression, it states your position, more or less, say, clearly.

This paragraph confused me a little, though I may guess what you want to express, indeed, your writing here may not exactly show your idea, I think. The first sentence is your topic sentence in this paragraph, right? And what is the relationship between your point here “right principles and standards” and the issue’s statement above “particular principles and objectives”? If you make them clearly here in the first sentence like showing the link of the two notions, then the following analyses in this paragraph may more or less seems better.
What’s more, the term “should” in the last sentence and the whole meaning you may what to give may care for and such reasons that you may take a look at a reference by Imong

The example may not fit your standpoint owing to the law thing is the many legislators thing rather than a leader thing.

Again, the example “Hitler” may not be appropriate here and you may consider more or change another one and make some more analyses focusing on you point.

The end of your writing also has a question. The issue wants you to talk about “an effective leader” but not “we”; nonetheless, herein you make your conclusion on “we”. That is what you may think more.

我今天发现就是你所说的第二个原因
今天限时用自己熟悉的简单句，字数大幅度上升，不过句子结构和用词逊色不少。看来有得必要失啊
