只有针对每个学生的需要和兴趣,教育才真正的有意义。

Every person is an individual has specifical background, education would be designed to meet the needs and interests of each students. In ancient China, Confucius had used specifical way to educate his disciples. Although there are some barriers to obtain specifical education, as nowadays students usually seating in one classroom together to receive one teacher’ s opinion about certain content in the students’ major. Nevertheless, in my view correct, specifical education is better way to instruct young people.
The specifically desighed education evolve with the gradually cognition of human to themselves. The cognition is to elementary human right. Everyone own the right to be treat as a specifical individual. Thus, it is common for students to enjoy education just designed for himself. In actuality, leading shools, whatever the shool is occidental or oriental, all strive to raise the ratio of teachers to students, in this way students could approch specifical courses easily. In the occidental world, the importance of human right upgrade since the Renaissance after the long dark maddle ages. In the oriental culture, including some sages like Confucius, equally see clearly the conception of human right.
The another fact is that student shaped by different culture, different upbringing, different experience. Moreover, the gene of persons is different, and it will influence individual’s experience. Eg., the character is a reflection of the gene. And it will be very absurd to neglect the difference in students. Difference is a requirement of the nature, because difference brings stability. The hill covering by different plants is easy to balance ecosystem and to become prosperous. In the example of Confucius, the sage answer the same question in adverse content depend on the contrary character of the two students. Actually, the best way to educate students is to meet the need of each individual.
It is sure to occur some embarrassment in the process to obtain the specifically designed education, although there will be some means to conquer the obstacle. Since the industry revolution happened in England, the increasingly trend occurs that everything, students is the same, product in the same way. Currently there is a suitable instance in China, the university largen the amout of students, but the number of teachers of university can not increase in 5-6 years time. Thus, how to find a job become an problem for the gratuates. Considering the snack food, and the car from the pipeline, no wonder the students sometimes lacks something which could diatinguished with others. This is the era that pursue success in short time, the quality of production is not as important as in the past.
Human always progress in adversity, and human’s education is the same. Principle of nature cause that every step to the future is on the fail to gain the perfect situation. At last, relying on their backgroud, and seeing them as a individual, we will give students truly effect education.

比我写的好多了。。。汗颜中。。
提一点个人看法,第三段主题似乎是想强调人与人的差异(禀赋,文化背景,个人经历等等),但行文确实过于偏重天赋差异,觉得可以改改。
还有,对“工业化大生产的潮流是一种不利因素”这部分,认为是大生产的同质化标准化导致教育不重视以学生为本,而非“在追求最快成功过程中忽视了对产品(毕业生)质量的高要求”。
保存了,认真学习你的行文思路和文采。
