Does individual have responsibility to obey just laws and disobey unjust laws? In my opinion, the sense of just and unjust is different depend on each individual. On balance, obey the laws is more important than resist it form the following reasons.

First of all, the items just and unjust are too simple to be used to categorized the kinds of law, because many laws can not be defined as either just or unjust. For example, cloning human being is forbidden in many countries, such as The United State, France, The Spanish and so on, in this case, we can not say the law about clone is just or unjust. In recent, it doesn't have little matter with ordinary people, even though this law would be very important in the early future. What is more, to some extent, laws are just for each people in one country or one state.

On the other hand, as mentioned above, laws fairly control everyone in most case. Most people would agree with that whatever who we are, if the one disobey the law, he or she would be published by the law, and deserve to that. For instant, Jackson, who is the most famous star in the world, are published by the law of America, because some his bad behaviors to child. He made a great achievement in dancing and singing, it does not means that he has privilege to let his behaviors outside the law. Moreover, he receives more attention form the public. What is the important evidence I want to point out is that law are used to control the human's behavior, then the society has a basic standard. According to this defination of law, we can easily reach the conclusion that with same standard, people should obey the law, otherwise, the society will be in disorder and chaos.

Admittedly, some laws might not meet the modern society any more along the growth of the society. Nothing could stay where they are when the circumstance changes. For example, the law allow a man to marry more than one women to be his wife in the past in China. But now, the law is completely changed: every husband only have one wife in law. Because our society tend to be more democracy, more civilization. So Unduly emphasizing people to obey just the laws and resist the unjust laws also spell certain risks as the concept is changing all the same. In the first place, compelling all the people unconditional accept and obey the just laws may in some sense impede the process of the democracy in the nation. In addition, it may also undermine the fundamental influence of the traditional value systems upon the human society. As is so often pointed out that the regulations and laws is just a manifestation of the value and standard of the human civilizations. In this respect, inculcating people with the traditional value systems are far more important than compel them within the bound of the law.

In sum, on balance, to obey the laws are more important than to resist the laws, no matter what the law is just or unjust. Based on obeying the law, one could do something to persuade the legislation to modify the unjust law. Then the whole society will improve stable.
