想了半天，在法律方面实在实在是没什么想法，所以就写了这点东西，我想看上去可能也有点空吧。 希望了解法律的人多给点想法，也能让我多了解点法律。谢谢！

In the statement, the speaker points that laws are divided into just and unjust types, which I am strongly not agreeable to. Further, I do not advocate that every individual in a society should disobey and resist unjust laws, which may make our society disordered.

Above all, I strongly disagreed with that laws are divided into two ones: just laws and unjust laws. Which laws should be attributed to just laws and which laws should be attributed to unjust laws. There is no standard to measure that. Because views from individuals toward a law are various, it concerns to their own interests. Standing on different positions, people often have different concept on just. For example, when some merchants want to destroy a farmland for building and established a company there, they may believe laws supporting their choice is just for it will make more profit to the area, while farmers relying on the farmland may totally oppose to it and believe that if laws would permit the merchants, these laws are very unjust because their ownership will be deprived by the laws. In this case, we can see that laws are hard, even impossible, to keep just for every individual.  

Further, to advocate people to disobey and resist unjust laws is not a wise suggestion, which may bring up very bad effect to a society. As we know, every new law is often not well supported by every individual. To the opposite, at the beginning, new laws are often against by many opponents. But after a period, truth will prove that most of these laws are good and more adapt to the society. If just let opponents to disobey new laws, they may take reasonless actions like bedin, as a result of which, it will disorder our daily life and make obstacles to our policy and even further block development in economic for workers may not work as usual. So just let people disobey and resist unjust laws is a disadvantageous advice

However, to obey laws is every individual’s responsibility, because that can make sure the system of policy work well and our society is well organized. Laws are established to make sure that everybody's general interests and privacy are well protected. For example, when others have offended our privacy we can use laws to punish them or ask for pay we deserved. Also laws in controlling transportation have provide an assurance for our life and avoid more injures from happening. With these laws, people gradually avoid make mistakes and obey these laws every individual performance well in his or her place. So we should obey laws to make sure our society well organized, in the meanwhile, to make sure ourselves are safe in the environment.

To sum up, it is mistake to define that laws have two types: just and unjust. No law is just to everybody and no law is unjust to everybody. But we should obey laws that are benefit to our society and not to disobey and resist unjust laws that we think is unjust. Maybe other ways will be better than just resist. We can put up new laws to take place of the unjust ones and try our best to form consummate system for laws.
