Reviewing the history, actually, a great many fingers' achievements in several realms of study were not judged objectively by contemporaries whose mind, spirit and belief were limitted by the heaven pressure of government and authority.For instance, Galileo -the Italian mathematician who lived from 1564 to 1642, supported strongly Copernicus's theory-the earth and other planets revolved around the sun, but Galileo's views were so radical that he was tried by the Inquisition, ordered to deny what he knew to be the truth,and forced to spend the last eight years of his life under house arrest. And in art realm, Van Gogh would be a good example, whose paintings have be sold only one in his entire career, while today two of his still life paintings have broken all records in selling for $50 million.Moreover, concerning the great musician-Beethoven, whose early listeners, accustomed to the predictable harmonies and melodic lengths of Haydn, dismissed his symphonied as literally causing their ears to hurt.All of these show us that in the old time almost great individuals' talents were dismissed by contemporaries.

Nowadays,with the enhancing quality of modern people, including opening mind, obtaining dramatic knowledge and accepting multicultural, the greatness of individuals almost are admitted by public and society, even and government and authority just represent the ethic standard.We can not look so far away from our lives.For example, Baishi Qi-Chinese famous painter, although his paintings look seemly simple at a first glance, we can find out his wisdom, feeling and philosophy from his paintings, which proves that today's people have highly esthetic sense. Furthermore, recently the most well-known event is "China Shenzhou 6# manned spaceship" has successfully launched and recovered, and the average age of scientists participanting in this action is younger 18 years than former designer, although they are very young, Chinese government and society all the time believe their talent , capability and created mind, certainly, fact repay the great convince.So few history stores would  occur again in this modern period , duing to the high quality public , open mind authority and democratic government pursuing people's interest . However, some developments - unclear weapon, cloning human being, chemical weapon and other undesired conventions-would be restrainted by government and authority , which would destroy the whole human being with their envy natural .

Consequently, even thought as authority and government besiding public, welcome to accept and admire individuals' greatness which are beneficial to human being. So I believe just helpful achievements, public, government and authority would not only accept the development of these conventions , but also apply strong support to accelerate their processes.
