1.       Education has place many emphasis on the intellect of the students. Such as the examination is examine the students’ ability of reasoning and other cognitive skills.
2.       The jobs in the society need intellect to solving the problems. Such as advertising area, science, even doing some office work.
3.       It is not good to pay too much emphasis on intellect, other virtue is also important. Such as the ability to communicating and cooperating.

1.  concede that though television, people can learn much.
   The image can help people understand, the coverage of the television is large,
2.  However, some knowledge can not be learnt by television.

3.  The books can give the space to imagine. Reading books is an active process which is free for the person to choose the parts he need and the sequence he likes.

agree
1.  There are so many present conditions which need solving urgently that it is unadvisable for the government to think extraordinary about the future. e.g. The education, the earchquake, the famine
2.  Furthermore, it is difficult to anticipate the future which is the first step of the investing and deciding.
3.  However, the statement above is not assert that the government should pay no money on future constructing. It is advisable to prepare for future if necessary and capable, after all, the government had better consider of the further development at least. e.g. the drainage of a city, science.
4.  Present problem is more urgent while the future can not be neglected. Solving the existing points and prepare necessities for future will construct a balance condition.
