Should all faculty take a job outside the academic as a second career? In my opinion, it will helpful if teachers in college and university could spend time working outside the academic world and have a relevant job to the courses they teach. Nevertheless, it is not necessary to require all faculty to work outside – or oblige them as a command.

Admittedly, teachers who work outside in their relevant field may have more job experience and bring it to students. For example, a professor who has a programming course in school also provides counseling for a large software company. His class is the most popular teacher in my university, because he not only teaches us the basic knowledge but also gives us directions of how to do a real project. His experience in company makes him so seasoned, and then his vivid course lets us have the feeling that we experience all of this as our own. Students love his class. In his class, students who eager to know what the job really is will be satisfied and have basic picture of their job. It is beneficial for those teachers work outside as an intern to bring back their own experience to class.

Besides, teachers who work outside in a field different from the courses they teach will also improve the quality of instruction. A professor who masters maths works as a writer for hobby. His fervor in literature may be past into class, and turn a dull formula to a magic story which active the students to study. In his class, the students will not feel tried any more and enjoy the lessons from beginning to end. Such teachers may not enhance their profession in part time, but create an inspiring atmosphere in class

Moreover, nowadays persons who have succeed in social back to university as a visiting professor, especially in business college or art school, which thinks much of experience. One of the most famous business men in China, Kiwi, who leaded Lenovo to involve in the best five PC manufacturers in world, has been retained as a vesting professor in XiuXiu University. Besides, a nation-wide known compere, LiXiang, also has been provided a job in art School of XiuXiu University. The successful persons back to school help to promote respects of the university. More important is they share their successful experience to all the students and inspire them to success.

While, under some circumstances, professors engaged in job outside may decline the quality of instruction in college and university. For example, some professors do not care their courses at all. They hastily treat their students in school and put all of their energy to jobs outside which bring them more profits. Students can not find them in office of school, but the lab in company. Even worse, their graduate students replaced the professors to teach in class as they suggest. Such professors will never consider to bring their experience to students, but how to make a course as sample as possible. With no doubt, professors who take teaching as a second career will harm the quality of instruction.

In sum, I hold that responsible professors who work outside in all fields may improve the quality of instruction in university and college.

2.False Analogy
The situation between Brookville and Deerhaven Acres is different.
3.All thing are equal
The situation seven years ago may not the same as it is now
4.One sideness
The restriction may raise the provety, but also restrict the freedom of residents.
