I fundamentally agree with the assertion that according to add the time ,which all faculty should be required to spend working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach, the quality of instruction at the college and university level would be improved. Nevertheless, the speaker extends the assertion to confide the way of improving the quality.

It is true that the assertion that professors should spend much more time in teaching college students is mostly correct in the reason that the professors who have much affluent acknowledge and experience and spend time teaching out the academic filed could supply university students much more attainment than other faculty who have not. Moreover,  faculty who are asked to cost time outside the academic area to help student improve and add their acknowledge will shape a atmosphere of trying best to improve the teaching quality level of instruction at the university so that students will be the best benefits in the course of asking all faculty to cost time in the teaching.

What is more, it is the faculty who spends time outside the academic filed teaching student who can benefit from it. Consider, with teaching and communicating with students, who like asking and exploring the unknown acknowledge, professors can help himself attain much more acknowledge and questions that will be benefited in the future academic area. Moreover, according to reply the questions, professions can  make college students much more interest in academic research, therefore the quality of instruction will be improved

But, it is obvious that all faculty should be asked to spend time working outside the academic world in profession relevant the courses for improving the quality level of instruction at the university for the reason that other ways can be adopted to improve the quality of student's instruction. For example, improving the way of traditional teaching of courses to make the course interesting can help student much more easily understand the acknowledge, which is offered by teachers in a new way ;Also, university can take some means to improve the students' interesting for courses to help students improve the quality level of instruction.


In sum, if all professors should not be asked to cost much more time to give good courses outside the academic world in professions, then the quality level of instruction at college would be decreased. However, it is necessary that college should improve the instructional quality level in other ways.

1．        存在比较错误：两位医生所擅长的地方不同：一个是运动学医生；一个是综合医生。他们所测试的两组人员的也不同，导致实验结果可能不相同。
2．        第二组人员没有服用抗生素，康复时间没有变短，可能是因为他们所受伤比第一组要重些，后者可能他们生活在容易感染的环境中。
3．        第一组康复要快些，抗生素可能起到一定作用，但是不能完全归结于它的作用。可能是运动学医生的治疗方案比综合医生的要好，因此康复要快些。或者，运动学医生的测试对象本身为运动员，他们身体素质好，康复起来要比平常人快些。

1．        存在比较错误：两个社区条件不同：地理条件、生活条件、面向范围等。
2．        Bk社区的改进方案（房屋的布置、颜色等）是七年前的，以前人们可能喜欢那样的方案。时间不同了，现在的人们可能不喜欢，会导致社区出售比现在还困难。
3．        即使是按照bk社区那样改造了，Da社区的地产价格也可能不会上涨三倍了，因为以前的房子很便宜，竞争压力小，所以利润增长空间大，现在不同了。
