I  fundamentally agree the statement that education will be remarkably effective  when it is mainly designed to meet the very needs and interests of our society , rather than the individual needs and interests of each student. Admittedly, it is possible that the students would more concentrate on the education programs that specially highlight their personal needs and interests , although it is definitely unfeasible nowadays.However, nothing is more important for education is based on the needs and interests of the society, which is essential and fundamental for the development of our world in the future.

To begin with, the basic objective of our education is to instruct our children to be a real man/woman, who is to commit to responsibilities, have own critical thinking and rational analysis, and believe in the liberty and quality, with honesty,integrity and faith. Crucially, these fatal characters are the foundation of a real person in our world, which should be taught to everyone when they were young. Moreover, we have to point out that the students  are not sure about their directions , ways and even needs ,when they begin their education. So, whether we could tell them the right directions and ways at the very first beginning  is extremely fatal for our children,rather than giving them whatever they need ,which they even do not know what it is and what the influences in their future.

Secondly, it is remarkably important for our education to base on the very needs and the interests of our society, for the ultimate target of the education is to teach our children to build a better future for our own society. Further more , our education is the very palace to prepare them for future ,to inspire their minds with the spark of truth, and to teach our children to master the knowledge, skills and abilities ,to meet the social needs and pursue personal goals which is also associated with the society's.

Significantly, as we all know , today's education systems around the world substantially support our conclusion. For one thing,in the primary school , middle school and high school, all the students mainly accept the same basic education in the same region or  nation. For another , after they enrolls in the universities or colleges,the students of different
departments or schools choose the courses,lectures and experiments according to their needs and interests, which the education still is designed to meet the needs and interests of student groups.  

On the other hand, the education program that specially focus on the students' needs and interests would attract the students to some extent. Although it might be a good education method in the future, according to the feasibility, it is  still too far away. Even possible, we could only launch the education program which focus on the needs and interests of groups of students.

To sum up,  education will be remarkably effective  when it is mainly designed to meet the very needs and interests of our society , rather than the individual needs and interests of each student, since not only we should teach all the children the basic characters ,but also  the education is quite crucial for the  progress of our society ,which provides all kinds of the talents for the development. Accordingly, we should light up the minds of our children , to build a more glorious and splendid future for our society.
