  In this argument, the arguer concludes that the counsil’s proposition to switch from EZ disposal to ABC Waste was unadvisable. To support the conclusion,the arguer points out that EZ collects trash twice while ABC collects only once. In addion, the arguer examplified EZ was going to buy addional trucks and provided exceptional service. Besides,the argur mentioned a survey in which 80 percents of reponders expressed their satisfication with the performance of EZ.In spite of all these things. this argument suffers from several critical fallacies.
  First,the argument is mainly based on a unilateral phenomenon.that is EZ collected trash twice a week one time more than ABC can afford. But he didn’t take consideration that if the population in this area was small and would not product so much trash.then collecting trash twice a week would be waste.
  Second,the arguer said ABC was going to buy additional trucks. Even so ,it doesn’t have surely business with Walnut Grove’s town. Because the addional transportated power may not used for Walnut.On the opposite side,the burden of the cost for maintenance may be shifed to the consumers.
  Third is about the excexceptional services. The argur didn’t tell what the context it includes.whether it was suitable for the town is really a question.Besides, we know the cost that EZ called is 500 more than ABC’s, it may be possible that EZ company has caculated the cost of exceptional service inside the fee. If the counsil chose EZ, they may spare more money on the service which they didn’t need indeed.
   Finally,let us think about the survey. Even if we accepted validity of survey and assume the participaters were representative.There still exist the possibility that the inhabitants were used to EZ service and didn’t know ABC very well. So it should not become a reason for not switching.
   In conclusion,the arguer fails to establish certainly and compellent reasons to prove his judgements. In this issue, we should not look only at superficial phenomenon,whereas,we must think it from the pratical situation of Walnut.Only if we know the truth about the trash quantities,the towns’finance situation,the exceptional service’s concrete context and so forth, we can make a sensible judgement.
