I think that begin training the children who have special talents and abilities at an early age is reasonable. But there may be some difficulty to identify the genius and it may be at risk that it is not fair to other children.

One compelling reason in favor of this issue is that the children with special talents and abilities are rare and they may become excellent people under suitable care and training. If we let the genus learn with the ordinary children, it is likely that they will be affected by others and lost their talent. Because the ordinary teacher can't stimulate their talent to develop rapidly even if can't give them the appropriated knowledge, and then the genus studying with ordinary students will became an ordinary one, like an old Chinese proverb 'you will be whom you live with'. People are family with this theory, so that nearly every country has a sole education system which is determined to train the genus. Take china for example, there are many young-class in some famous universities, such as the most famous one, the young-class of the Science and Technology University of China, in which the talent children can go to university to accept a special education. The talent children can in the young-class of university graduate much earlier that the ordinary university students. The major advantage of this education system is that children with special talent can be taught by specialists who are good at it, and then the children can progress rapidly.

But there are some adverse reasons to oppose this issue, such as how to identify the talent children and it may be unfair to other children. As we know everyone is special and nobody can be substituted for anther. Different people have different talent. For example, some children are more sensitive to the number, some children are more sensitive to the language, some children are more concerned on the imaging, and some children are more created to make new things and so on. Sometimes we just have no way to identify who is the most talent children and they can be treated to an excellent people in future. On the other hand, we treat the talent children in a early age with a special way, and when they grow up they may be more excel that others in the ordinary way and has superiority in pursuing a job, which is unfair to the other children. 'Everyone is born equal' and I paraphrase, which means no one has privilege.

In summary I am in favor of the issue and appreciate training the talent children in early age. But I should point out that there may be some risk and we should realize it and minimize it carefully.
