题目：ARGUMENT 17 - The following appeared in a letter to the editor of the Walnut Grove town newspaper.
"Walnut Grove's town council has advocated switching from EZ Disposal (which has had the contract for trash collection services in Walnut Grove for the past ten years) to ABC Waste, because EZ recently raised its monthly fee from $2,000 to $2,500 a month, whereas ABC's fee is still $2,000. But the town council is mistaken; we should continue using EZ. EZ collects trash twice a week, while ABC collects only once. Moreover, EZ-which, like ABC, currently has a fleet of 20 trucks-has ordered additional trucks. Finally, EZ provides exceptional service: 80 percent of respondents to last year's town survey agreed that they were 'satisfied' with EZ's performance."

The arthor claims that the advocation of switching from EZ Disposal to ABC Waste is a mistaken by proving several reasons. But the reasons is not convincing enough. The argument contains several facts that are questionable.
First of all, EZ collects trash twice a week while ABC collects once couldn't say anything. Maybe the EZ collects trash divided by sorts.Many trash collectors collect organism and mineral on different days, it is possibly the EZ Disposal do it as the same way so the trash is not taken off all by one time.
Secondly,although the EZ Disposal has the same quantity of trucks as ABC Waste now, we don't know the workload each of them have.It is very posible that the EZ has a higher workload than ABC and the trucks are not enough at all so it has to buy  more new trucks.
Thirdly, even if the two companies have same workload, we don't know when and where the addional trucks EZ Disposal has ordered is put in application.MAybe it is too long that has no affection on the council's decision this time. Or maybe the trucks are used in other districts so it has nothing to do with the local area.
Thirdly, even the trucks are put in application very soon and is just for the local district, we can't conclude that has something to do with the customer. Maybe it  just help to reduce the working hours daily.
Finally,there is some questions about the satisfaction. Maybe the person who is satisfacted with EZ are more likely to answer the questions.What is more, we don't know how the customers are satisfacted with ABC Waste.If it is higher than 80 percent, then it can't show the good service EZ offers us.
IF the author want the argument more credencable, he must give more evidece about the two companies: ways they collect trash, the workload, time and plaace EZ applicates it new trucks,satisfaction condition about ABV Waste.
