If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Nowadays, the concise phrase ‘make it best’ would always be proposed by several leaders of various companies and organizations. It seems people are fond of hiring the employees skilled and experienced, especially, they would not request higher salary. However, everything could not reach the perfect. If I have to choose the promising one, I would like to engage the specialized worker at a higher salary.

Admittedly, the experienced worker could possess the fundamental quality of efficiency, which would make me benefit more. As is known to all, more and more management strategies have been provided on efficiency, it has already became a criterion for organizations to estimate whether you have passed. The famous companies such as Microsoft, HP and Walmart all pay attention to the experienced employees at first view. Higher efficiency means excellent workers can make more value in the same time than the normal ones. Thus, not only does the employer acquire the profits, but also the workers would gain more for their good job.

Meanwhile, higher salary could serve as a forceful impulse to propel workers exerting themselves for their boss. For the workers, salary is the basic condition to earn their livings. Lower salary maybe result in the hardly situation. The man does part-time job desperately in order to let his wife and daughter’s life better; the wife have to do sewing job day and night in order to make her family wearing warmer; the girl squats outside the classroom in order to catch up the blackboard quicker. Once it happens, how can the workers do their jobs absorbedly?

In addition, the experience and salary often have certain close relationship. As a normal worker, if you give him the higher salary, he would appreciate and respect your personality. Finally, he would try his best on his work, and his experience would increase naturally. On the contrary, if the primary salary is low, it would show the result of low efficiency work even on strike, the pebble would stir up immense surges within the whole company at that time. After balancing advantages and disadvantages, I will adopt an eclectic measure that furthest guarantee the profits of experienced worker, which is described as the sign of a modern management mechanism.

Together with the discussion talked above, I hope to employ the experienced workers in higher salary under the more advanced management. And I believe, they would not be my despair and would make me benefit more.

In my point of view, I think the festival of lanterns would be interesting and exciting in my country. It is celebrated at the first month 15th in a Chinese traditional calendar. The moon shows its plenilune, which marks the reunion of family members. People wear various good-looking clothes; enjoy the great and round moon; guess funny riddles written on lanterns. There will be a surprise if you got the answers. The most important part of this festival is eating the rice glue ball. It presents not only the reunion but also the welfare and carries the nice dream in the future.

It seems people are fond of hiring the employees skilled and experienced, especially, they would not request(觉得这么写会产生歧义,像是说有经验的职员反而不要求高的工资,不知道would是不是用来表虚拟,我记得seem +as if/though +would表虚拟,这样写不知道对不对,所以改为with they not requesting for) higher salary. However, everything could not reach the perfect. If I have to choose the promising one, I would like to engage the specialized worker at a higher salary.

Admittedly(一般admittedly表让步,如果支持有经验的职员的话,admittedly后是写么有经验的职员也有一些优点,还有,admittedly最好是写完所有支持的理由之后写的,表示大度。例如,雇用有经验的职员有1、2、3个好处,不可否认,雇用么经验的职员有1、2个好处,但相比较而言,雇用有经验的overweight雇用有经验的), the experienced worker (could不用了 possess(es) the fundamental quality of efficiency, which would(will) make me benefit more.
