TOPIC: ISSUE70 - "In any profession-business, politics, education, government-those in power should step down after five years. The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership."

It is a good idea to change the leaders. In doing so, with fresh men's coming, the circle of leaders was injected the new blood, the thinking mode will revive. but at the same time, we should not ignore some problems arise from the action.

at the first,  fresh men do not face as much pressure outside as the older leaders . without the pressure of authoritical reputation, he could do whatever he regards as rational and logical whereas the men who in power for years may restrain some original thoughts for his responsibility to everyone. This situation is just like the says that the new-baby do not afraid of a tiger. In the circumstances, to introduce new leaders is necessary.

at the second place, fresh men do not restrain his thought in the thought mode. for years works, the men who are in power maybe get used to the method of thinking. when question comes out, what he first think is how to work it gradually followed the settled programs. If this one-by-one step is enough to solve the question, that will be great. But in sometimes it do not work its magic like the general time, then how to do? In the sense, older leaders often can not jump out his thought circle, in which situation, fresh men's new idea seems more significant. So, It do helps a lot to change the leaders once in a while.

at the third place, Let us see some disadvantages to change the leaders. one things is that the new one is not familiar with the work. In China often when a older leaders got off his power, he will be asked to teach the new one who takes off his stick how to be in charge of everything. the other things is that everything may should restart from the beginning. This things often happen in a enterprise. In the time of the ex-leader, he build good connections with other companies for his kindness, honesty and so on. so most of the business of the company may base on his personal charm, if the human net was gone with his back, it is bad for the company; If the new one has the ability to take over all the ex-leader' belonging included his human net, then everything goes right.

In sum, whether the propose  to change the leadership is a beneficial one or not that depends on the ability of the freshmen. We can not give a very certain answer to say yes or no to the suggestion.
