    思想：
    学习了imong的几个文章了解到
    要拿实际分析，拿这种的“实例”来说明问题。“挑”逻辑错误在那里纸上谈兵并不难，可是“写”AW可是要给“说”明白的。
    而不是总是泛泛的描述，用一堆万能的模板。批判一下前面几篇的做法。Try一下新风格。
   
    提纲：
    1.Adopt restrictions, 并没有说明居民执行了没有，如果没有执行，那property values have tripled
      和Paint就没有关系
    2.即使执行了，也不能说明有关系
      Brookville的property values have tripled 和 Paint的确定的因果关系，
      可能有其他的原因，本来就Value of property rise，其他东西涨的更多。
      附近有工程，公路或桥梁。
      居民生活水平提高了，同样的地方花销，但数量大了。
    3.即使有关系，也不一定适应于Deerhaven Acres。
      Brookville和Deerhaven Acres的可比性。
      如，DA居民消费水平低， DA的Community小，少， 这儿的property values本来就很高。
   

TOPIC: ARGUMENT2 - The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres to all homeowners in Deerhaven Acres.
"Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting."

In their letter sent to all homeowners in DA the committee of homeowners from DA recommended adopt a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted in order to raise the property values. The author's recommendation is totally based on what the Brookville community had done and the reusult. But the recommendation is problematic in several respects, render the it unconvincing as it stand.

First, author provide absolutly no evidence that the citizens of Brookville community have done according to the set of restrictions. It is highly possible there are only a small number of citizens who have landscaped their comunity's yards and painted the exteriors of homes with the specified colors. If  this is true, property values tripled have little bearing with the restrictions.

Second, even assume the citizens have done as the restrictions required, there is no cause-and-result relationship between the property values rising and the citizen's landscaped and paint without ruling out other factors which may contribute to the property value rising. May be there are several big projects under construction, common sense tell us the bigger requirement of property in this big projects made it had more influence on the value of property. And it is also possible the prices of all the goods in Brookville community have rised dramaticly, some other may rise more than the property, the property rising not caused by the more requirements. And still another reason can complain the rising of property value is that the citizens became richer, they were willing to buy more than before. In short, I cannot be convinced that the landscape and painting are the direct cause of property value rising until the author provide substantial evidence that no other facters influence contributed to it.

Finally, we cannot draw the conclusion that the adoption of the similar restriction in DA will make the same effect even author have substnatiate the ongoing assumption that it is the regulation in Brookville community which caused the property value rising. The author provide no evidence the citizen's living level, the customs, the economic conditon and other factors are comparable. If the citizens of DA is poorer than those in Brookville comunity, and they cannot afford to investment to their yards, the restricition will surely hardly be fulfilled well as the committee members expected. And  it is also possible it is the customs of DA to remain their current yard looks, they will reject the restriction. Even if the restrictions are fulfilled well, a relative worse economic condition compared with Brookvile will prevent the rasing of property values as high as those in Brookvile.

To sum up, to convince me that the restrictions in DA can garentee the property values the author must provide evidence that the citizens in Brookvile community have done all as the restrictions required. The author must also provide clear evidence it is the yard work rather than other factors which caused the property rising. Finally, to better assess the recommend I need the evidence that seval concerned factors in the two areas are comparable.
