Consider about the value of arts, artist is the creator of arts. So I agree with the author that artist play a more vital role than critic, giving more preeminent vale to arts. However with the help of critic can give us more comprehension to the arts, which expose value to the public.

The composition contains the education, technology, inspiration of the artist, especially these masterpieces. Such as gone with the wind depicts the beautiful scene of southern part of American which moved me mostly. This point illustrates that in the lines of composition shows the real emotion of the author. So the composition represent insider emotion world of the author, and critic is play the role of a reader perceive the world of artist. So without artist there is no need of critic.

Critics also play good incentive to boost the arts to a high level, help the preeminent creation of arts. The critics usually are experts in special field have abundant academic knowledge of arts, which can more facile to understand composition and evaluate the worth.  Critics can attract attention of public, who can provide support to the new artist if the critic gives good assessment. Critic also can give the public a guide to transmit the true value of arts. Critics play an important role in protest and discovery the value of arts. On the other way, critics are also can play opposite role to despair arts. The critic contain personal preference more mislead public in some situation such as the artist and the critic belong to a deferent opinion in arts.

Artists are the creator of arts, may not be assessed by contemporary critics, but the value of work can not be destroyed. No matter how critics evaluate the work, the true art values of the masterpiece will not fide with the time. Preeminent arts such as painting, music, film, literature may still in the heart of audience or readers. With the development of art, this kind of arts becomes a source to cultivate more new generation artist. Such as no painter unknowns Van Gogh, no mousier has not heard Beethoven. These artists did not success at their early period of their life or their lifetime, For example van Gogh only sold out one painting in his life time. The critic of contemporary have not support his career, but his still be successful after the value finally be reassessed.

In sum, the artist can give more effort than the critic who creates the preeminent arts. However, the critics are also essential in the transmission of arts.

Consider about（去掉） the value of arts（art）, artist is the creatorof arts. So I agree with the author that artist play a more vital rolethan critic, giving more preeminent value to arts. However with the helpof critic (缺少主与)can give us more comprehension to（of） the arts, which exposevalue to the public.
