Some students prefer to study at a large university that has several thousand students .Other students prefer studying at a small school that has only a few hundred students .Which of these two types of schools do you prefer?Use specific  reasons and examples to support your answers.


Universities diverse in different ways such as the size , the population  and the history .When talking about the population of the university , some students prefer universities with large population while some others favor small schools having only a few hundred students. Since I feel like being with more people in my study life, I would choose a large university to  continue my education.
At first , through the study in such a large university , I can make a lot of new friends. University is a transitional process before we enter the society , therefore we should prepare for the future and obtaining new friends in university can make our road to success more smooth. Through  the teammates ,classmates and schoolmates , you can make some work in the future career done more easily and when in trouble , those friends would give you a hand . Further more, when you run for an election or something like that , you may therefore obtain more support.
Then , a university with a large population often includes varieties of different departments and divisions and we can broaden our knowledge by having different courses and having discussions with the schoolmates with different academic background. Since a subject is never independent , we should also learn knowledge from other subjects to deepen our understanding on our own academics and to possess a broad view about the world. It is beneficial to communicate with students who are different from us , in case our ideas are too limited.
In conclusion , I would choose a large university that has several thousand students . In my opinion ,such a university would access me to my career success and broaden my mind. Although a smaller place may give me a quiet and peaceful surrounding , I still insist that this kind universities do not meet my needs.
