51 "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

提纲:1,兴趣学习确实可以在学习中起到很大的作用
             2,兴趣学习的局限性
             3,教育应该更多的注重过程及方法的培养

The speaker asserts that the interests to be taught and the meeting of the students’ needs are the crucial points in education. While the speaker’s assertion has some merits from a normative standpoint, in my conclusive analysis, I don’t opine it a necessary or a consummate means to reach an effective education.

Admittedly, interests could be the best guide in one’s life. Students could learn much more all by themselves and be conducted more easily to reach a more decent outcomes with only a little thematic guidance. Bill Gates, renowned for his Microsoft and his life experience, created the first solitary software in his lifetime at the age of 13, which could be traceable to his childhood during which time he would peruse the World Encyclopedia weighing one third of his body at the age of 7. Conversely, the education without interests could bring more gaps, thus fewer chances to interact between the professor and the students. That is why playing truant is at every nook and corner in schools.

According to the analysis mentioned above, many educators are trying to cater to their students seeking decent results. As I suppose, more caveats have to be taken into consideration.

On one hand, education depending on the interests and via the ironical reciprocal demand-and-meet might lead to ignorance about the complexity of the knowledge system and unacquaintance about the combination among subjects, accompanying naivety about pretentiousness. Basically, the interests may only serve for several subjects affronting more related ones. We need see no further than a surgery operation. Due to the more practical case, a medical student may have interests in anatomy, apart from being an anatomical teacher that centralize it, which is otherwise not enough for a surgery who also should be proficient in both pathology and physiology, thus be able to make a schedule of convalescence for the patients. Moreover, education via interests has influence on the breeding of a dilettante, because in all walks of life, there is bond to be persistence and diligence, virtues from their platonic minds, that set out to a grand situation.

On the other facet, the purpose of education is not only about the outcomes, but more significantly about the process, that is, the methodologies teaching. Like what many educators have been doing, mentor’s role in inducing rather than in inculcation merely affects the students’ clairvoyance and creativity when facing problems. True education is able to enlighten the people’s minds and cultivate them how to find a problem and then solve it rather than to tell them what the problem is and where the answer is, to polish up morality and courtesy rather than the mundane concepts of fame and gain indoctrinated with too early. The knowledge and ability to excel in one’s major or career pale in comparison to the understanding of oneself, development of delectable personality, and authentic aesthetic appreciation.

In sum, the speaker’s assertion seems to walk in one-sided street. Interests could facilitate the education but by no means can they be the key point to educate. Meanwhile, we should not bring monomania sincerely on the education effects in that methodologies, the quintessential way to recognize the world, might endow us with more improvement and sublimation inside ourselves. The speaker asserts that the interests to be taught and the meeting of the students’ needs are the crucial points in education. While the speaker’s assertion has some merits from a normative standpoint, in my conclusive(感觉用following更好,因为不是总结) analysis, I don’t opine it a necessary or a consummate(感觉用一个词修饰就可以了) means to reach an effective education.

Admittedly, interests could be the best guide in one’s life. Students could learn much more all by themselves and be conducted more easily to reach a more decent outcomes with only a little thematic guidance. Bill Gates, renowned for his Microsoft and his life experience, created the first solitary software in his lifetime at the age of 13, which could be traceable to his childhood during which time he would peruse the World Encyclopedia weighing one third of his body at the age of 7.(跟兴趣有什么联系?另外感觉句子太过复杂,可以分成几句写) Conversely, the education without interests could bring more gaps, thus fewer chances to interact between the professor and the students. That is why playing truant is at every nook and corner in schools.
According to the analysis mentioned above, many educators are trying to cater to their students seeking decent results. As I suppose, more caveats have to be taken into consideration.

On one hand, education depending on the interests and via the ironical reciprocal(没看明白什么意思) demand-and-meet might lead to ignorance about the complexity of the knowledge system and unacquaintance about the combination among subjects, accompanying naivety about pretentiousness(个人认为,主题句应当简单明了,多余成分可以另写一句). Moreover, education via interests has influence on the breeding of a dilettante, because in all walks of life, there is bond to be persistence and diligence, virtues from their Platonic minds, that(应为which) set out to a grand situation.

On the other facet, the purpose of education is not only about the outcomes, but more significantly about the process, that is, the methodologies teaching. Like what many educators have been doing, mentor’s role in inducing rather than in inculcation merely affects the students’ clairvoyance and creativity when facing problems. True education is able to enlighten the people’s minds and cultivate them how to find a problem and then solve it rather than to tell them what the problem is and where the answer is, to polish up morality and courtesy rather than the mundane concepts of fame and gain indoctrinated with too early.(连用排比句式,说服力强) The knowledge and ability to excel in one’s major or career pale in comparison to the understanding of oneself, development of delectable personality, and authentic aesthetic appreciation.
