To be better in charge of a leadership, the one should be qualified with certain ability of committing to (being committed to or sticking to) particular viewpoints or regulations. As this standpoint is backed up, one should not over take this persistence too far away from the flexibility it required for. Thus, the importance of fresh ideas coming outside the leading group should also be recognized.The insistence of the leader with(phrase “insist on”) certain affairs would always possibly(antonyms are put together?)guarantee the normal social activity(guarantee Success or failure?)now and then (always, possible, now and then, which one are you inclined to?). As it is the case, when the breakout of the 1997 Asian economic crisis just started, the policy given out by the Chinese prior(former or previous or past) Prime Minister Zhu-Rong-Ji has helped with not only Hong Kong, but the entire country keeping always(away) from the crashes leading(leaded) by the economic crisis. (Hey, what is the policy?) This is one of the successful examples of how the governors help solving the social affairs with their personal persistence of particular principles. And this time, the faith should be what the minister said, as I paraphrased, "As a governor, I promise that China should not get evolved with(in) this crisis."Sticking to certain policy or regulation should also be proved true when turning (applying) the topic into political or cultural activities. Just like the constitutional system of the U.S., the theory of undertaking the charges of a country would also share with the same principle, -- stick to the elite! (It is too ambiguous to catch what you want to claim.) However, to persist in what most people believe (principles are kind of individual faith and can not be considered popular ideas, just like the policy of the economic crisis.) does not necessarily mean that one should never consider a change when facing with new challenge. As changes call for an adaptation, the leader should also get well prepared for the challenge of a revolution. Such requirement could be easy (easily) targeted throughout the history, as it is the same with the American civil war, and also the European Revival of Learning movement. The world is changing and which even much faster than ever before. The quality of its leader should possess the spirit of innovative and open-minded (should be moved to the front of spirit). (You did well to come up the innovation ideas)Even to mention the scientific field, researchers are required to keep in touch with the latest study progresses. In other words, it is not to say that one should not be the most loyal to their objectives, rather to let them keep in mind that if not well keep in touched with, so failure of lost in the big technique rash would be finally generated. (It seems disordered) Then it is not difficult to understand why crossed-subjects are so popular with (to) most researches. Popular ideas reflect the urgent requirements of the society, while the main mission for the scientific workers is to satisfy the social demands. Whereas, to define this requirement-ship as a compromise of the scientific topic leaders should not be sustained, since it is always the case that the social(society) needs to pushes the work in the scientific field. (I do not agree this paragraph yet. You spend half of the section on talking about science, but it seems that your point is the adoption of the popular ideas. I did not find the relation between popular ideas and leaders, or maybe it is not too smooth to transfer from popular ideas to leadership, it is just my opinion.)As a consequence, the debate between whether to take in the opinion from outside the leading group should not be taken so complicatedly. To get better knowledge of the world, and even be better adapted to the progress of the technique industry would be the only explanation of whether it is proper for the leader to stick to the original principles or objectives (I did not know what your opinion is).
文章的整体就够还算清晰,只是论点,尤其是分论点的叙述不够鲜明。
像提倡变化思维对leader的作用的想法还是挺不错的,不过足够的和条理的论述。
结尾不这么好,看起来有点儿晕,呵呵。
在论述的思路条理上和清楚表达上需要花些心思,当然我也有这个问题,呵呵。
