1,大体赞成作者的意见。在不忽略情感，直觉等非理性能力的前提下，我们应该给与思维能力足够的重视。
2 我们不能忽视情感直觉等因素在个人和社会发展中的重要地位。

To some extent, I agree the statement the arguer asserts that society does not place enough emphasis on the intellect but more focus on non-intellect factors such as feeling. In order to make the statement more rationalization I would recommend that without deemphasizing the non-intellect factors, intellect also need development, which will result in benefits not only for individual but also for the entire society.

            

With the ever-increasing development of technology and science and economy, more and more people facing the difficulties and changes in their work feel nervous, disappointed and depression. Under this situation, non-intellect factors do meet the psychological demands of those people with aid of eliminating nervous and depression and establish the optimistic attitude towards these inevitable obstacles within their work and lives.

           

On the other hand, too much emphasis on these non-intellect factors will bring about some potential serious problems to the society. If letting one's emotion dominates thought, he or she will waste their most precious wealth inherited from the god-the logical thinking by using head. Taking Hitler as an example illustrates my view that he took advantage of people who were credulous with his crazy plan to dislodge all Jewry from Germany and even Europe, as a result of making the prosperity of Germany come true. People lost their ability of reasoning and cognitive skills and their judgments on their crazy actions. What's more, youth committing crimes increased over the last decades. Especially true in the Untied States, many young people only want to be famous and take his friends and teachers lives without any mercy. If they took second to think over their harm impacts on their friends and teachers and if they let their thought dominate feeling, they would have had been happy life and bright future. Thus, non-intellect factors should not be overemphasized and intellect is urgent need for both individuals and the entire society.

These courses require certain reason skills to solve with homework. As we grow up our thoughts also get mature and think problems more critical, as a result of developing our own way to deal with potential problems. On society level, individual is a member of the society. When graduation from university or straightly going into society after colleges we already learn how to think rationally and tell the right from the wrong, to contribute great to the society in a discipline way. In turn, society is composed of group of people with very high commitment, objective judgment and integrity, which enhance the development of the society in order. Thus, intellect cultivates our heads and spirits, thereby taking action very cautiously.

      

In sum, I strongly agree with the arguer but if he or she would claim the necessity of intellect without deemphasizing non-intellect factors.
