The option stated above is a reality by a large extentin comtemporary life.However,this never means written records,which is the most important and has the most extensive influence  in the long history of human,lose value of itself as a form of decumentation.
    Firstly,as the developments of sicence and technology,we can't deny the camera,as a facilty of recording,is becoming more and more powerful and cheaper.Along with this process is people's more raliance on camera for decumentation.Secondly,camparing to wirtten records,vedio camera could provide a more all-around,objective and accurate description of something happened.Even a experienced reporter may miss something of huge value about the fact,only for which appears to be trival.This wouldn't occur in the prensent of vedio camera,because everything,however little valuable it looks,would be recorded.Based on the feeling and interests fo someone,written records can't be absolutely objective and accurate.This is not rarely seen in the history and will not disappear either in future.In ancient time,emperors will always hire someone possessing extermely excellent ablity in literacy to record all the achievement during his life and for the security and interests of himself,the one in charge of recording always describes in the angel of pleasing the sovereign.Lastly,recording through vedio camera is more vivid.No one can imagine how spectacular and powerful a large hurricane may present in front of you and how inspring and exciting when a rocket is emitted into space without  the exsitence of vedio.
    In spite of the advantages above which vedio camera owns,we can't give up the usage of written records.Not everything happen in your plan and you would never bear a camera everywhere.So written records play an important role when camera is not availabe.In some developing countries,vedio camera is a luxury and written records is still a popolar form of  decumentation.And in some special enviroment,written record would also not be replaced by vedio camera.
    In conclusion,we have to ackownledge vedion camera is incresingly more important in recording temporary life as the development of society.However,written records would also always finds its position in recording.

In this argument, the author make a rash conclusion that simultaneous use of air conditoners and fans could save money for citizens . The author’s reasoning seems to be appealing at first glance, while thinging comprehensively and throughly you will find the argument evidently contains several points questionable,or at least not compelling.
First of all, the author fails in showing what conducts the habitants' expense on electricity growing.We couldn't exclude the possibility of inflation because when this happens,almost everything appears to be more expensive and so dose electricity.The problem caused by inflation can't be solved merely by cutting down expenses on electricity.Therefore, facing such limited evidence, the conclusion is unwarranted.
Secondly,as the agrument states,this country covers a large variety of terrains which are charicterized by different climate and economic enviroment and comparisons the author provide are too simple to convinve everyone.A richer local area where most people here own airconditioners and fans could spend less money on electricity than a poorer area where people only own fans just because the latter's summer is much shorter than the former.
To make a convincing analysis,the author should have more comprehensive and accurate investigation,including geographical and physical terrain,climate character and economical standard of different areas.
In addition,as airconditioner and fans,other instruments also need electricity for action.A rapid growth in usage of electricity tatally can be aroused by something else.Maybe the supply of gas abruptly can't meet with this kind of need and instead people have to raise the use of electicity for warming and cooking,which would apparently increase the quantity of electricity in need.   
To sum up, the conclusion lacks of credibility. Regardless of who the author is, he or she has overlooked or chosen to ignore many aspects of his or her conclusion. To strengthen the conclusion, the author should give more evidences about the above-mentioned possibilities.

"In the age of television, reading books is not as important as it once was. People can learn as much by watching television as they can by reading books."

As the television became largely common in each family and also TV programs, either in forms or in contents, rapidly turned into prosperity, some people including the author above began to believe watching TV could completely substitute reading books as a way of learning. Conceding that by watching TV people can acquire knowledge and information, however, reading books which is the most important form of learning since the civilization of human being appear, would never lost its primary status as a means of learning.

    Admittedly, TV is playing an increasingly more （表示重要性的增加，有了increasingly就可以不用more了，感觉重复）important role worldwide and thus bring（s） about huge changes in people's daily life. People could choose to watch some funny TV programs for relaxation and entertainment after a whole day of boring work. Through watching TV news, people could realize what of much importance happened within a day. Children could also find their favourite programs, this not simply means a break for their parents but more significantly, could help children themselves to sense where their interests lay and what they want to become in the future.
这一段是讲述电视的重要性。我觉得你过度的是强调电视的娱乐性。其实电视的最重要功能还在于给我们提供了即时的资讯，和简单易懂的知识。关于小孩子受影响的那点漫友新意的。
   Although TV programs have become an essential part of people's life and make enormous effect in people’s idea, all of these doesn't（do not weaken the influence这里是要表达减弱的意思） make any influence on the primary status of reading in learning. Firstly, TV programs could provide a large quantity of information, but all of these might only be trivial（印象中这多是表达琐碎的意思，你看看of little value如何？） for someone who（are eager for learning） hold a warm heart for learning. A lot of reasons contribute to these unpleasant（为什么会unpleasant） results. Aiming to earn the largest profits, （我觉得，电视制片人在制作节目时还是根据观众的不同来定位节目的，这里这么说有点武断。而且电视节目质量确实参吃不起，但是书籍也是亚。所以这个例子不大合适）program maker cannot do without thinking the audience rating. Under this circumstance, the program needn't be educational but must be easily understood, funny and sometimes even vulgar, for all of which could satisfy certain need of audience. Recognizing these, people could easily understand why so many low-grade TV programs prosper at present. Secondly, reading books, as a long time learning form since （the beginning of the human’s civilization）the civilization of human appear, has developed its irreplaceable status in people's mind. Large quantities of knowledge about science and technology are only available for (这个for有待思考)books .Students in university still by a very large extent rely on reading books for acquiring knowledge（但是，电视也有辅助作用） .Book, which is by portability and indispensability on anything else, could be took along with yourself（这个yourself可以去掉） everywhere and whenever you need（when needed）, you could begin to read it. So compared to reading, watching TV is confined by lots of factors, (直接说such as electricity，satellite band or other signal就好了哦，简单些)，for example, you must consider weather a television, the most fundamental tool, is in use, and if electricity, satellite band or other signal are available. The last, meanwhile also the critical point which discriminate reading from watching TV or anything else is that reading books is a active process of learning and need people thinking during this process. 这个说的好。Everyone must has the feeling（用perception） that watching TV is much more relax than reading books, which is because （用causing就好了causing  you just passively receive information the pro 。。。when you are watching TV,）when you are watching TV, you just passively receive information the programs provide for you through your sensation of seeing and hearing . Without any time for thinking, you（one） couldn't really understand the essential part of information transferring to you. The only way we(one) have for comprehending something is to contrast it to what we(he or she) have already comprehended and through contrast（contrasting），  then absorbing it and merging it into our own ideology.（最好少用we you这些代词，毕竟aw是学术性文章）
   In sum, reading books is still the most important way of learning .However, this never obstruct the aid function of TV or other video. Adding the use of TV and other video medium, we could alter reading，this traditional learning form, more vivid and efficient.
